Professional from start to finish! Aaron so helpful when we were deciding which fire to buy ! The fitting team where fantastic!!! It was perfect when completed and no mess left at all ! Can’t recommend them enough.

We were so impressed with the level of the communication from the very first moment; Aaron was very informative and super quick with his quotations, the possible options we could choose from and with the booking process.. he even suggested the right TV bracket without asking! Mo and his team was promptly on time on the day and he went through the design and the measurements with us very carefully. He is a perfectionist and he did such an excellent job in a very short time! First time ever I can’t find any fault, I would recommend this company 100% to everyone !

Bought a Firez 1500 fire from Fireplace Saver and nothing was too much trouble. Prompt replies to my many questions, friendly and polite and very knowledgeable on the product. Absolutely over the moon!! My media wall is absolutely stunning. Mo and his team did a brilliant job, the finish is excellent couldn’t have asked for more, so respectful of my things cleaned up as they went along, they even cleaned my garden of dust from plaster, never know such tidy workers they put all my furniture back. Thank you so much I couldn’t have asked for better, definitely would recommend these guys Brilliant!!!!

Absolutely fantastic workmanship, our media wall looks gorgeous. They covered all my new carpets so no mess. Cleaned up after themselves. Did it to perfection. I’m so made up thanks lads. Even put all my furniture back. I would definitely recommend them 😀😀👍👍

AMAZING! We went into the Bradford store to look at options for a new fireplace and fell in love with the media walls. What a great choice we made! Aaron was really knowledgeable, patient and not pushy when it came to us deliberating our purchase. The communication between us an Aaron was great using whatsapp - really efficient.
Mo and his team were absolutely fantastic - I've never seen a team of people work so hard and in complete harmony with each other. They never stopped, were so very clean and considerate when in our home and they left it spotless, even cleaning the dusty footprints off our driveway. Mo explained everything to us before he commenced work to ensure we were happy and explained how everything worked before he left. We are absolutely delighted with our new media wall and can't wait for our living room to be completed. We can't praise the whole process highly enough and would recommend Fireplacesaver to anyone. Great experience from start to finish. Harry talked through the options and Mo & the lads did a great job and tidied up after they finished! Made sure everything worked before they left. Love the result (we got package 2) for our tv & sound-bar and the colour changing fire is great. Would definitely recommend.

Fire Place Saver were very helpful from the word go. Nothing was to much trouble for them and the workman Karl was excellent. Friendly, helpful and if asked a question he explained everything. His work was top notch from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company and Karl to anyone with out a second thought

Highly recommend Fireplace Saver,very knowledge and helpful always willing to answer any queries.Karl the fitter was very punctual,and his work was exemplary and helped with the bespoke design of the media wall with his experience,also he was extremely clean and tidy in his work plus a great lad who answered all questions during the construction.

We decided to have a 14 foot media wall with alcoves put into our living kitchen with space for 75 inch TV and soundbar. We had various quotes with some very high prices but found Fireplacesaver on Facebook who were extremely competitive on pricing. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot we decided to go for the Fireze 1800 package, although we were still little anxious going with a company that was £3k cheaper than some of the quotes.

We should never have been worried; from our first enquiry with Aaron and later Harry, all our fears were allayed with their customer focused service and professionalism. We were given virtual video tours of the products and styles and date arranged to start the work. They also recommended the right bracket for the tv.

They sent Carl the fitter who was able to start the work a day early and was nothing other than amazing. From helping us decide on a final design to tidying up absolutely everything after he has completed the joinery he was a joy to have at home (even if he does support Leeds!!). So friendly and such a skilful craftsman, nothing was too much trouble removing and refitting our TV as part of the work.

Tom came in the following day to do the plastering and again completed the job in a tidy and professional manner.

All that's left behind is debris and timber to take to local tip and then for you to get it painted and add any extras like backlighting your TV etc.

We hadn't realised the media wall business is a really competitive market and finding the right installer is so important. All I can say is that you will not go far wrong with this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
