This place is horrible. I have been arguing with them back and forth for a month now. When I got the account, I was using a PO BOX. I didn’t even have a shipping address. They refuse to let me add one, and they put my account on hold, till I show them a bill with my entire name on it. I sent them my ID, my Social (last 4) and my electric bill, which most know it doesn’t include your full name on it. I said “I’m not giving you my first born”. To top it off, they lost my information 3 times, and then expect me to send it AGAIN through an email they hadn’t received it through the 3 previous times. I hate this company, and I do mean hate. This company is not work the stress and aggravation. There are others out there that aren’t so petty. Avoid the third world companies. They aren’t worth it! They deserve ZERO stars. Horrible customer service, even when you go higher up the food chain.

I have been a fingerhut/fetti account holder for several years now. And I have ordered products that have shipped and been exactly what I have ordered EVERY TIME!!!! I have not had any problems with them from start to finish! And I have excellent credit with them and a great amount of credit I can use. They do award increases by how much you spend..

Finger hut banned my pillow for questioning the election. BOYCOTT this company

If I could give zero stars I would. I would like to be a part of the class action law suit against Fetti as I too did NOT agree to partake in their company, as I was with fingerhut and they had no permission to give or sell my account to another company. Credit went down. Nothing good comes from Fingerhut/fetti. All well over priced junk. For the steep pricing of items, at minimum I or anyone for that matter would expect excellent quality products. Interest rates are through the roof and credit line increases are extremely rare as I haven't had one in years if my memory serves me correct. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST FOLKS! Get a secured credit card if you need to start building your credit.

I had a $1300 credit line. They reduced it to $100.00 I've never missed a payment and keep my account balance paid off. I called their "support" who told me they reduced it due to "credit issues." FYI - my credit scores are higher now than when they first assigned me my $1300 credit line. So, the account is now closed. They are too expensive anyways. Shame, I used them for gift shopping and the Holidays are coming up. They could have had my money.

that fetti crap was slipped in very quietly i now have 2 accts.fetti and advantage both in the 550.00 range and thankfully they will be gone by the end of the year and so will fingerhut and their new interest rate of 35.9%

fingerhut is a scam. the galaxy s20fe 5g is $900 but i found it for $200 on amazon. fingerhut should be avoided at all costs

They charged me the 30 follar down payment fee and canceled my order and took my money... now they are saying I owe them 163 dollars on a 130 dollar order that isn't even being shipped to me. Make it make sense 😑

FINGERHUT OFFERED ME A FRESHSTART ACCOUNT TO BUILD MY CREDIT THEY SAID THEY REPORT TO ALL 3 AGENCIES. BUT THAT WAS A LIE THEY DID NOT REPORT THAT I HAD ALL ON TIME PAYMENTS ,INSTEAD PUT IT IN AS A CLOSED ACCOUNT ( WHICH LOOKS LIKE ITS FOR NON PAYMENTS) AND BROUGHT MY SCORE DOWN.IST LIE THEY DID IT ACTUALLY BRINGS YOUR SCORE DOWN THEY THEY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT WITH AN OFFSHORE FETTI ACCOUNT THAT JUST BROUGHT DOWN MY SCORE. IM STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM. ANYONE A VICTIM LIKE ME. ..PLEASE. DO A CLASS ACTION

My experience with Fingerhut was quite satisfying, as they offered a wide range of products that was exactly what I needed. The option to pay over time through their credit account made shopping more flexible and accessible. Additionally, their customer service was attentive and promptly resolved any issues or inquiries I had, leaving me with a positive impression of the company.

Fingerhut promised to delete a charged-off account when I paid their collection company. The collection agency deleted the account, but Fingerhut refused, even after promising they would. There is nothing you need from this company that you will not end up regretting.

your co.take me off of your mail list ,& off of my e-mail toocause your co.got over on me about some late fee how am I gonna to be late & your payment come out my bank account

Fingerhut Advantage closed my account I'm still paying interest on a balance which is wrong they opened a new account without my authorization and now it's affected my credit at least they can stop with the interest on the close account cause that's just not right that's not fair they signed the contract as well as I did they have to hold up there end I didn't close my account they did

Two stars is being kind and generous in the extreme - I rue the day I became involved with them - the most recent incident was an abject disaster - I was in desperate need of a printer - so I ordered the HP Officejet Pro 8025e - I haven't been pricing printers, and the Fingerhut price was $299 plus tax, etc. The box arrived, and upon installation two of the four cartridges were damaged - I called HP Support (who were shocked at the price - this printer retails at $169!) and advised me to pack up everything and send it back to Fingerhut. I thought HP might offer to send me the two damaged cartridges - but they stink - that's grist for another mill. I haven't made a decision, but what a HEADACHE Fingerhut is. Overpriced and damaged - enough said.

Worst experience ever. Nothing wrong with the products that I purchased except that they are overpriced. However, I had to call Customer Service so often within a year because auto pay would get canceled without any follow up or reason as to why. I had to always call and complain and set it up again. They would always say “autopay was not set up” but I would call and set up it over the phone 4 times in the last year. I honestly think it’s to collect on late fees from honest people. They said I had sign up for Safeline plus protection but I never thought I did. I was so fed up with this company that I just paid the balance and closed my account. Do not open an account. The products are overpriced and customer service is the worst with always giving an bs excuse or answer and never take any accountability. Luckily they waive the late fees but only after I threatened to fall delinquent on the account. I was so mad that I didn’t care of it affecting my credit score.

I paid a 30 dollar deposit to join Fresh start. When they cancelled my order, I was not even informed. It was also an order for my son, who was thrilled to get this gift. It broke my heart to tell him I couldn't get him this item.
When I contacted customer service, I was promised a refund. But only the extra payment of 18 dollars could be refunded to the card I used for purchase. The other 30 dollar deposit could only be issued for refund in a mailed check, even though I paid for both with the same card.
Fast forward to 4 weeks later, I had not received the 30 dollar check, so I called again. I was given a timeline for this check to be received, which was ten business days, at most... I should receive it in two more days.....when I said, it's been 4 weeks, the agent looked to find that the prior agent, had falsely claimed to have mailed the check because it was not refunded. So, now I have to wait another ten days for my check, I doubt it will come.
