Jim is just a pleasure to deal with. His eye for outstanding Bordeauxs (my faves), and his service are also outstanding. So far all of the wine he delivered has been spectacular.
By the way, I am a lawyer, and have no problem griping and arguing about a myriad of things, so this is high praise indeed.
