Wish I had read the reviews before buying. The photograph on the website is totally misleading, looks to be a 3D ornamental tree decoration but is, in fact, a double sided photo print encapsulated in flat plastic. Looks more like a cheap key fob. Absolute rubbish, the only place it looks good is in the bottom of a trash can. There should be a zero star option!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS !! Ordered the fox Xmas pendants, as previously stated, comes across as 3d, reality is a 2d disc print. Customer service is non existent, all you get back is the same pre written message, offering 20% off the next purchase. Do yourself a favour, read the reviews and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I was also taken in by the advert: I ordered two handblown Sea glass wave mugs as a Christmas present for friends. The advert suggested subtle colouring and a real craft item. What has arrived is the cheapest, thinnest glass - Matt unsubtle bright colouring and giving every impression of being moulded glass of the worst possible quality. I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone and, needless to say, no paperwork in the package to indicate how one could deal with returns. Hiding behind foreign supply – as in the UK certainly fail consumer law rules. A total con trick.

I also wish I saw these reviews. I ordered a hat 4 weeks ago. I haven’t received the hat, haven’t received any updates on shipping and 4 emails have gone unanswered. DO NOT order from this site.

Ordered a cap and still waiting. Wished I had not fallen for slick advertising. Won’t ever buy something again from a site that if I had read the reviews I would not have blown off $35

SCAM! I ordered the sea glass tree ornament advent calendar for my grandma. The amount of false advertising on this website is jaw dropping. The made fake reviews giving them 5 stars and excellent reviews when in reality it is fake, untrustworthy and misleading.

What I got was plastic with a picture of a tree and was minuscule. Disappointed and disgusted

DITTO .. they are terrible . 6 weeks to get a split ring for a child’s finger ! Product does NOT match to ad !! DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!

I purchased a couple of Rings from this website, and when they arrived they were not the right color, and were split rings not full circular rings that are supposed to sized per their website. I contacted the company and was informed that they would refund me 50% of the cost. If I wanted a total refund I would have to send the items back at my cost. This is not what there return policy states. The return policy say they will send you a return label if the product is damaged, or the wrong item. They claim it was a packaging error, but refused to stand up and send me a refund.

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Exactly the same experience - expecting a bauble and got a disc.

We ordered 3 items and all three were in correct, the worst was a glass christmas decoration which was actually a plastic disc avoid this company at all costs they are nothing but con artists. I dont know how apple news can let these people advertise when they are only out to fleece people

As said by Mrs Stone - ordered crystal glass baubles and got flat plastic discs. For $38!!
No response after asking for the right items or a refund.
Will report them to Credit Card.
Have also told Apple News that they should be banned from advertising.
Would give no stars if it were possible.

Item received looks very different from item ordered. Advertised as crystal glass - it’s flat plastic. Total con Definitely will buy nothing from this company again!

After ordering four sweaters from this company I received a notice from my credit union asking if I made this purchase, which I had. I have never received an alert before, so I asked the company to confirm my order which they immediately did. The next morning I again asked for an order confirmation and once more they confirmed. Four days later, still no evidence of an order being shipped so I contacted their service desk again and they thanked me for contacting to trust them. Since that day they no longer respond to my email requests. After eleven days with no response I have clearly been ripped off.

Ordered on 10/25/25 for $71.95. Never received order and when I went to tracking there was no record of my order. Also just noticed that although shipping was free, they charged me shipping insurance. There are syntax and grammar errors on the website and receipt, which I wish I had noticed sooner. I've read other reviews and would like to know if any customer received their product and was satisfied. I've notified my bank.

Package was crushed and inner pieces were scattered around the package. Product quality is poor. Definitely not worth the $30.00 plus $9.00 for shipping. Planning to gift this item, but that’s not possible. Waiting for a response. With all the other crappy reviews I am not anticipating getting a response. Poor packaging. Misleading advertising, and terrible quality of product. Find another vendor!!!

This company is terrible. I ordered an advent calendar for $30 and they charged me $10 for shipping. I had no choice in the shipping service. Despite the shipper notification of delivery, there was no package at my house. The company took no action to track down the package and told it was my responsibility to chase down their delivery. They took no action at all. Horrible customer service! Do not buy from them! Ever!

Tried 6 times to pay via CC or my Apple Pay Kept being told that there’s an error. My cards are perfectly fine. I guess this company just lost an order of >$200. Taking my business elsewhere. :-(

Extremely disappointing! Quality of the garment is terrible. Absolute junk! If I am not able to return to the seller ( who is not responding) it will go in the trash.
Customer service is abysmal.

I received the jacket. It was absolute junk and made from the cheaperst materials. This is an absolute scam. Poor quality and gave it away. Don’t waste your money on this junk.

Dreadful. I am writing this review to warn potential purchasers of this company. It operates under the FineHandWork and sells garments, which I have discovered are made in China. The items that arrived bear no resemblance to the advertised items. The advert is on the Apple News Widget and on the webpage guarantees returns. This is not the case, they offered first 25% and then 40%. They eventually gave me a return address but I have to pay the cost. They will refund me now on tracking number receipt. Do not deal with them. The items are not good, they are unusable. and the service very very bad.
