My experience with Findcourses has been extremely disappointing.

I entered into a 13-month agreement which included a commitment of 35 qualified leads. After 11 months on the platform, I have received one lead, which came from a university in Africa and was not relevant to my UK-based leadership development services.

During that time I maintained my programme listings as requested and engaged with the platform whenever asked, but the core outcome the service was intended to deliver simply never materialised.

I’m sharing this review so that other small training providers and micro-organisations considering this type of marketing investment can make an informed decision.

These guys have helped us so much! We've been with them since 2013, and they have always been so helpful, and their product genuinely works! Paul, our account manager is great, very on the ball - and always there to help us when we need it.

Extremely disappointing

I signed up with Findcourses UK as a training provider and have not received a single genuine enquiry since listing my courses. Once payment was made, the support disappeared completely. There was no advice on how to improve visibility. It feels like they are only interested in taking money rather than helping providers succeed. I would not recommend them.

I've been working with the Findcourses team for a while and I can happily recommend them. We recently engaged in a project to deliver a webinar around the art of difficult conversations and it was seamless. Special thanks to Evie, Alex and Sam, you are stars.

I have been a long-time client of Findcourses.co.uk and, in the past, found their platform to be a valuable source of leads and bookings. However, over the past 2-3 years, the service has significantly deteriorated. Despite continuing to invest in their platform, I have seen a dramatic decline in results, going from a steady stream of bookings to receiving absolutely nothing.

There has been no clear explanation for this drop, and any feedback or support from Findcourses.co.uk has been lacklustre at best. It feels as though the platform is no longer focused on delivering value to its clients but instead prioritising taking payments with little regard for performance.

If you're considering using Findcourses.co.uk as part of your marketing strategy, I strongly advise reviewing your options carefully. Based on my recent experience, there are far better ways to generate leads and grow your business.

We have been using Findcourses now for well over half a decade, to generate leads for our training business. In that time we have been extremely happy with the quality and quantity of opportunities that have been generated some of which have led to major deals. Furthermore, we have benefited from a very helpful account manager who always puts our needs first. I have no hesitation in giving Findcourses the highest possible recommendation, and they continue to form an important ingredient in our marketing plan.

I signed up with Findcourses earlier this year to support my business focused around delivering online courses. My intial contact was Sean Burke who deals with the UK market. Through our discussions, he realised that it would make better sense to concentrate on the US market so he introduced me to his colleague Paige Cassidy.

Over the following weeks, both have been highly supportive in ensuring that my courses are optimised for the Findcourses platform with useful suggestions and comments. They have both been proactive in sending me opportunities that have arisen through their website.

It was, also, really nice to meet them both in person for a lunchtime meeting when I was on holiday in Stockholm.

I would strongly avoid this company, Ian had agreed to put our qualifications in a separate categories & that the company was already going through a category change, it was a lie. When we asked to end the contract, Ian simply sent back find courses terms & conditions, we had to pay even if find courses couldn't uphold their side of the agreement. Monthly meetings to discuss progression report never happened, unless I had requested them. Emails and calls being ignored constantly by this company. This company is never ranked on the first page of google. Funny thing is, my account has come up for renewal and the first thing they said was that, do you know we are changing our site categories and course. Don't waste your money.

Set up was fine, then left in the dark. Both my contacts at Find Courses have either left or on leave until later this year with no contact or help what so ever. Their invoicing team are shocking and completely useless. We made them aware of our company name change yet still sent 14, yes 14 REMINDERS! Shocking.

Initially I was critical of Findcourses and hence gave them a poor review. However, they have since responded magnificently. Therefore to be fair to Findcourses; I have amended my original review to award them the maximum score.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a high quality service that produces measurable results. If they maintain this level of outstanding service, we would expect to remain very satisfied customers for many years to come.

I would also like to emphasise that Trustpilot really works. Within 24 hours of posting on Trustpilot, I received a phone call from a Senior Executive at Findcourses. Even if it is just a misunderstanding due to miscommunication, the immediacy of Trustpilot cuts through the noise and focuses all concerned on finding solutions.

In summary, in our judgement, Findcourses has proven itself to be an excellent and trustworthy provider of an extremely valuable service.

Received an e-mail to answer a question about a course I was interested in with a link that did not work. Posted message on their site 3 times to let them know this. Each time they comfirmed message had been recived but never got any further reply.

Findcourses did everything they said they would when they said they would.

Findcourses.co.uk are a very professional and customer driven company, both to the end users and also to the training providers.

As a training organisation we use their services to promote our courses throughout Europe - by using them we have secured some great contracts with some of the biggest companies in the world as well as individuals that really want to learn and progress. Find courses services are available to all.

Not only do they promote our business, but also monitor the response rate and give great insights and reports on the training industry.

I cannot fault their support and service both online and when speaking to them.
