**Buyer Beware – Findbestes Does NOT Stand Behind Its Own Guarantees**

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Findbestes.

I ordered a product that was simply too large. Before purchasing, I felt confident because the website advertises a **30-Day Refund Guarantee**, a return policy, and even states that if an item doesn't fit, customer service will help make it right. Those promises were a major reason I placed my order.

Unfortunately, once I requested a refund, those promises disappeared.

Instead of honoring the guarantee they advertise, I was forced through an endless series of requests to send photos of the product, photos of the barcode, copies of my receipt, and more documentation. Every time I complied, another request followed. It felt less like customer service and more like a strategy to delay, frustrate, and discourage customers from receiving the refund they were promised.

This wasn't customer service—it was obstruction.

If your website advertises a refund guarantee, customers should not have to jump through endless hoops only to be denied. A guarantee is supposed to build trust, not serve as a marketing slogan that isn't honored when it's time for the company to keep its word.

The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers is shocking. I purchased in good faith, followed every instruction, provided every piece of information requested, and still did not receive the service or refund that your website led me to expect.

I walked away feeling completely misled. From my perspective, advertising generous refund policies while refusing to honor them is unfair to consumers. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Findbestes to research the company thoroughly before spending their money.

I will never purchase from Findbestes again, and I certainly won't recommend them to friends, family, or anyone looking for a company that actually stands behind its advertised policies.

I bought shoes for my wife on this site. The shoes that arrived were two sizes larger than ordered and the wrong width. Customer service responded quickly, stating that there would be no refund or exchange; to get the right size, I would have to buy another pair and simply keep the ill-fitting ones. I corresponded with the service team for a whole week. The staff replies as if a different person is answering each time. The website prominently displays promises like "100% money-back guarantee" and "if the size isn't right, we guarantee help in finding the correct size." Yet, the support staff stated that there would be neither a refund nor assistance in finding the right size.

I ordered a product with 12 features and it arrives with only 2 of the features advertised. The customer service is quick to discuss this with me, but is not willing to follow the warranty, return, refund or free return shipping advertised on the website.
