As they've grown, they have not gotten better.
I've attended several training courses and bought merchandise by this company, equaling multi thousands of dollars spent. They send out newsletters, have branding, sell merch all saying "Welcome to the tribe" you're part of the tribe, family. Only, you aren't. As long as you're convenient for them, they love you. When you are no longer convenient they turn their back. Their customer service sucks. It sucks because whatever system they use, they drop emails frequently. About half the emails I sent them, asking about classes or products, were not responded to. As in I literally compare my outbox to my inbox and 50% do not have responses, this is an indisputable fact, I have receipts. So then, in December of '21 they had a sale, 20% off training classes. I wanted to buy a couple. The website would not reflect the sale price when I put them in the cart and nowhere in their promotional media nor on their site did it say only one class could be purchased at the discount. So that day, I emailed Fieldcraft and asked for help. I provided screen captures of what I was encountering and asked if they could send me a promo code so I could buy classes at the same discount as everyone else. No reply. It was right before the Christmas holiday so I actually waited a week to follow up, and when I did I told them their customer service sucks as they don't reply to emails. That got an immediate reply from someone claiming to be a Director of Training. He fake apologized for non-reply of my first email, called me unprofessional for critiquing the dismal performance of their customer service, lied to me and said he "did the research" and every one of my emails was responded within 24 hrs. He also ignored the issue I ran into ordering on their website. Instead, he told me because I was unhappy with their customer service, I was no longer welcome to train with them. Kicked out of the tribe because they are incompetent. Oh, he also said he was refunding my order, you know, the one I emailed them asking for a promo code so I could place an order because I couldn't place one with the discount on the sale day. So again, this company loves you as long as they don't screw anything up and you ask them to make it right. The owner of the company ghosted me on Instagram after I, as a last resort, asked him to step in and help. He responded to my initial plea, then ghosted me.
