Fantastic customer service from one of the team at F Hinds Weston-super-Mare today, she was so helpful, with no rush or pressure. We bought a lovely watch for my 98 year old mum who is delighted with it. The clasp is easy to operste for an elderly lady and after removing links to fit her wrist, Mum was able to walk out wearing her new watch. Pleased to bits. Thanks so much.

Tracey was absolutely wonderful when she pierced my 11-year-old daughter's ears. Georgia was extremely nervous and, after the first piercing, became so upset that she wanted to walk out, despite it being something she really wanted to do.
Tracey was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring, giving Georgia the emotional support she needed to find her courage and finish the job. She was so lovely throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel positive and special. ❤️
