Fetheray Antique & Vintage Jewellery Omdömen

Accurate description, fast shipping, beautiful product!

Extremely friendly, helpful service, really added to the experience of buying a special piece.

Excellent service throughout as always. Very polite and friendly team.

The most outstanding experience to date with so much patience about answering questions, allowing ample thinking time enabling a good decision that was aligned with both head and heart, although the earrings stole my heart 💞 a very attentive update at each step of the process and of course the most joyful communication which surpasses all interactions I've had when selecting an item of jewellery. And if all that wasn't enough the arrival of the item was an experience like no other! The opening, the package the attention to every possible detail created an unforgettable and magical memory. What a joy! Thank you so much for all the effort you put in. It was appreciated very much!

I received a truly beautiful piece of jewellery — even more stunning in person than I expected. The customer service was second to none: friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. I needed the item resized, and they handled it completely free of charge, with the adjusted piece dispatched the very next day. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

I have bought a ring for my daughter's birthday online, gift wrapped, so will not know what it's like to she opens it, but the communication with Fetheray was great, answered all my questions and the service was quick, a pleasure to do business with them.

Wonderful packaging, quick shipping, amazing product.

Like many others, I was apprehensive about buying such a precious item online, but I am glad I took the plunge. The coral necklace was just as advertised and the dispatch very prompt via Royal Mail "signed for"

I wholeheartedly recommend Fetheray to anyone in search of a rare or truly unique piece of antique jewellery. Their carefully curated collection is full of charm, character, and timeless elegance — a real treasure trove for lovers of vintage pieces. The customer service was equally exceptional; Pip and Helen were not only quick to respond but also incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Shopping with Fetheray was a delight from start to finish.

Wonderful service from start to finish. I purchased an amazing locket in memory of my grandmother and I was not disappointed. The photos on the website are fantastic and the description allowed me to make a decision that was right for me. My questions where answered quickly. Would Highly recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Fetheray as a helpful and knowledgeable shop to purchase jewellery.

Prior to purchase I had a couple of questions about the item I wanted to buy and I got a quick and thorough response.
Once purchase was made the item was exactly as described and delivered quickly.

They also included an extra something in my delivery which helped me present this gift, which I really appreciate. Thank you!

Beautiful ring, nice packaging. Really happy when my purchase. I searched all over for the perfect antique gypsy ring and I found it with Fetheray.

We had such a lovely experience choosing a wedding ring after getting my engagement ring from Fetheray in 2024. Thank you for having us back!

Fantastic experience and great product. Better than the pictures.

Also enjoyed the extra of the chocolate in the baggie!

Having spent hours online scrolling for a keepsake to mark my Pearl wedding anniversary I found 2 perfect gems at Fetheray. A charming little pearl and emerald ring and a lovers knot brooch which I intend to convert into a pendant. Both were very reasonably priced. Arrived beautifully packaged promptly after ring resizing to fit perfectly. Thank you, I am delighted with my purchases.

Fantastic Service

I am delighted with my diamond ring which I purchased from Fetheray. It is exactly as described and I feel that I am wearing something unique and so special. I had been looking for an art deco style diamond ring and found Fetheray’s website. After initial concerns about not being able to try or see the ring as I live 5 hours away, I contacted by email. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I was able to order the ring with no obligation to keep it if I didn’t like it and Helen and Pip sent out a sizing ring so that if I was happy I could return for free resizing. The whole process was very easy and risk free and also fast! I would happily buy something from here again. I have now worn the ring and received many compliments.

Website easy to order, contact with the shop was brilliant. My package arrived all pretty and the added gift of chocolate was a winner. I love my ring!

These guys are terrific, I’ve bought several pieces from them and they are always excellent. The customer service is second to none.
Cheers again!
