Booked a massage with Feel Good HQ and my partner (who is well seasoned in the receipt of massages) said its the best she's ever had. The service was easy to book, Phillippa was amazing, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Will definitely use again! Thanks Phillipa 😊

Update due to unreasonable response from company: Trustpilot informed me the lady tried to take down my honest review but failed. I offered the therapist a drink before and after my massage so false claims of trying to portray me, a paying customer in a light to try and make out I was wrong shows what kind of company this is.
Due to caring for my baby and not wanting to spend my time thinking of this bad experience in Feb 2025. Arranged my postpartum massage as lovely friends had organised a pregnancy massage but due to pains couldn’t get it done and discussed with lady on phone called Phillipa that postpartum massage is fine so this was what was arranged. The info needed such as being 5-6 weeks pp and having someone home to care for baby while I get it done was fine and clear to do. Arranged an appointment time of 12 noon (when I asked what the options were between the times of 11-1). My friends had paid £80 which was told by Philipa would be 60 mins rather than 90 mins massage due to travel coming from far. Night before massage I get a text, my appt been changed to 11am, I replied saying I can’t do that time as arranged timings with baby. Get text 4 hours later stating ‘Hi, I’m sorry I thought you were flexible on times, I’ve made sure it’s 12 pm, for the treatment to start, arrival befits to get set up and ready to commence for 12’ and make sure to fill out ‘health consultation forms’. Filled out all personal info forms informing of pp dates etc. also company saying its adamant to be ready before noon for set up to start noon sharp. Noon comes the next day no person in sight nor any text or call to inform me. I text asking where is massage therapist? After another 10 mins of asking to pls let me know I get a call from Philipa saying she is stuck in traffic. I said I would expect a call or message for lateness considering on form and messages being told for me ‘be ready before’ for prompt start. There is big pause on phone I’m wondering if she is still even on the phone. I was appalled with the lack of customer service when I was asked what she could do I said get my money back I was told ‘your friends paid for it’ does this justify not being given the best service!? There are plenty of massage companies local that charge half the price or less that would use instead. I felt gas lighted and told I am ‘in a bad mood’. This is disgusting language for any company to use on any customer. I said on the website it states if any issue to discuss before the massage not after and that is what I am doing. She was being dismissive and frankly did not want to have a conversation. Stating I said ‘i can do any time between 11-1’, not true, I was giving time frame when organising a set time which was noon. Why as a customer am I explaining this conversation on the day and time of my massage? The massage therapist eventually came to my home 20 mins after the massage was meant to start by then I left pointless phone ‘conversation’ with Philipa and spoke to therapist she told me she is ‘very local’ & freelance and was told to cover sickness last night and she had to move her appointments around and was not given any info about me or my preferences. Therefore filling out any forms was pointless and no personal experience was given so another 15 mins was wasted on filling out forms setting up the table and calming down from a very bad customer service experience and being told that a massage is not recommended even after a year of having a c section and being ‘cut open’ (thanks for the reminder!) I said Philipa knew my situation and again explaining myself. I receive a text from Philipa now being very forthcoming and using customer service jargon I would have expected on phone conversation seeming to cover her back now. My massage therapist told me she was very ‘local’ so why was I given less time for my massage being told by Philipa they are not local. So disappointed and actually appalled by this company and so called service and calm experience from an expensive massage that my friends had spent time and money organising. I would have preferred to have been told my massage therapist had called in sick and to arrange another day the night before rather than when another one has been sent to me last minute and when she is at my house suggested for me to arrange another time by this time I don’t want anything to do with company anymore and nor are they providing me with any concession so get it over with. I am very disappointed to be writing this. Plus I didn’t get the ‘top to toe treatment’ as promised my legs and feet were not included. I would not recommend this business at all.

I was fortunate to be invited to an at home family pamper evening by my soon to be mother in law, and opted for an Indian Head massage.
My therapist Saffron gave a brilliant massage and I was left feeling really relaxed. All 4 of us really enjoyed our treatments.
Definitely recommend, thinking about booking my bridesmaids and family in for a pre wedding treat later this year.

What a fabulous experience the therapists were friendly and professional and exceeded expectations.
Each treatment was individualised to suit each of us.
We all had a great time and will definitely be having another spa evening.

Absolutely amazing right from the start. Communication has been fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble. The actual massage was the best I’ve ever had, tailored to me and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout. We used feel good hq for a massage delivered in our holiday let. Would highly recommended just sad we don’t live closer to make it a regular thing.

Phillippa joined us in Belper, Derby for a break away to give us 1.5hours each of pure luxury. She was absolutely amazing! So friendly and professional. I’ve had many massages in my life but none as good as what Phillippa did for me. THE most enjoyable full body and head massage I’ve had! Never felt more relaxed. My other half loved his deep tissue. We cannot wait to book her again for another great afternoon of relaxation.

Kiran, the therapist who came to our holiday let to give treatments was so very nice, she made everyone feel at ease and did various treatments to a variety of ages, all of which were suburb.

I opted for an Indian head massage and Vitamin C facial. My therapist welcomed me with a big warm smile, explained what to expect and first gave me an Indian head massage, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My facial was invigorating, as hot towel used, exfoliation, massage, Vitamin C segment used under my eyes "lush", massage to shoulders, arms and hands, I came out glowing and totally relaxed.

Was on a hen weekend and we all had treatments I had a back massage I did fall to sleep but I think that is a huge compliment to the lady carrying out the treatment I was super relaxed. I woke up feeling like a brand new woman

The most amazing, relaxing experience with Pippa (I think!) - she was so lovely and calming. Both my partner and I had a 45 minute massage and have never felt so relaxed! A wonderful service and we will definitely be returning customers. Thanks so much!

A fabulous massage service (by Philippa and Marina) who came to where my family and I were staying in our holiday home.
What a great facility to have this ‘at home!’ service. Both the therapists were brilliant by the way!

We rented a country house for a week- a family of 9 adults- and booked Phillipa and Marina to come to the house to do massages and facials. They were wonderful. Very professional, massages and facials great, and extremely good value for money. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the company and the therapists- 10/10!
