So far I'm happy with the product and the customer service, if anything goes wrong or need changes in the system the phones are usually picked up immediately and problems solved within minutes. Louis Brabin started sales in Cambs area and I believe I was his first cutomer, much better system than what I had before. To develop you could increase the discounts pool and options however still good 👍 thanks 👍 (not fake 5* review)

Every 5 start review on here are plugging feed me online for what there have done for there business. Where are all the reviews from customers ordering food. It says it all. I conclude all 5 star reviews on here must be fake.

Every single takeaway I order from that works with this company starts sending me marketing emails to which I never opted in. And trust me, I am always on the lookout for that tick-box whatever website I put my contact details on.
Outrageous.
And to top it all, they helpfully include a number to unsubscribe through, a paid one.
Ridiculous way of spamming! Never ordering using your website ever again.

Complained after a restaurant on their site said they deliver to us and cancelled order after taking money … 5 days for money to come back. We ordered from another company and the food was just slop. Photos taken 2 hours after and the next morning to prove nothing eaten. Could t get through to restaurant so messaged feed me online and states will get back within 5 working days … absolute lie no one contacts you and the couldn’t care less about your waste of money

Should really be a zero !! Don’t pay by card, if your food doesn’t arrive or turn up late, you will still be charged!!!!!
Ordered food via this app, food was taking so long I called the takeaway and cancelled, still charged for the food I never received.
Contacted Feedmeonline, they claim they couldn’t get in touch with the takeaway!! And advised that they are a third party and I should contact the takeaway directly.my advice would be pay cash on delivery.

Please sort out the difference between advertised minimum order and delivery charges and what you actually charge, alway feel ripped off as it means I have to spend more and more just so I can pay by card.

Manzoor is just amazing. I was sat doing my accounts at 8pm on a Friday, had a question & there he was. Available, quick and responsive. Always so polite and helpful. We need more people like Manzoor!
