Unfortunately the video tutorials don’t have subtitles. As I’m deaf it means I can’t actually learn how to use the software. I emailed and had a very basic unhelpful response.
With all the current technology it seems odd they can’t add subtitles and make it inclusive to everyone.

I ordered Wilcom Hatch Embroidery Software, and the product itself works just fine so far — no issues with the software itself. However, it took more than 2 days and over 10 emails before I finally received my product. The customer service was slow and frustrating, which really ruined the overall experience.

If they improve their response time and communication, it would be a great experience overall.

the links that were sent to me are not working. I purchased a rip software for my DTF printer. I cant get ahold of anyone, now I probably am going to have to report this company as a fraudulent company if something does not happen.

I purchased an ESET antivirus key.
The store sent me an invalid key. I requested a replacement or a refund. The store owner promised to send me a replacement. That was 7 days ago. The store has stopped replying to my emails.

They sold me cracked software

I tried to buy a signmaster v5 pro serial number.

They send me a download link for a cracked version. Including a link fo a video-instruction where to put the cracked system files.

When I was paying for the software the payment site seemed to be hacked. I did not receive any item and the receiver of my money was somebody called "tornado style" at a completely different email adress. Luckily PayPal gave me an immediate refund. However, a site selling software should not be hacked so this is experience make me doubt that the site is trustworthy.
