New to ev's and contacted my favoured electrician to install a home charger. He installed a fast amps charger gave a quick rundown on how operate it which covered the basics. However I wanted further instructions so went to view the online manual, and nothing except why choose fast amps, how buy, etc. etc.
All I needed was confirmation of what my electrition had said.
I think using the website should be improved to allow users to view an actual manual.

I was new to ev charging
I was new to ev charging, needed a query solving so left a message for fastamps. Withen minutes Ed rang me and solved my problem,also did not recieve screw head attachment , sent new one within days. In the days of rubbish customer service. FASTAMPS CUSTOMER SERVICE OF EXCELLANCE ,they really care

I would recommend Fast amps…
I would recommend the Fast amps charger and company. There was an installation error with my charger (installed by our electrician). This was causing a couple of error messages. I called Fast Amps and Geraint their engineer booked into to call out the next day and promptly solved the problem. Excellent customer service. Working perfectly now!

Excellent product and customer service
The charger is so simple to use and very reasonably priced and if you have any problems once installed the customer service team are excellent in listening to you and helping to get any problems resolved as quickly as possible.
So would highly recommend Fastamps as a go to company, when you first venture into the world of electric cars, to get your EV charger.

Fabulous service
I emailed with a minor query, within minutes I received a reply from Geraint asking me to supply a mobile number as he wanted to ring me to talk me through the issue, he duly rang & stayed on the line for 40mins whilst we resolved the issue.
Fantastic swift after sales service, so glad I picked a UK based company for my EV charger AAA+++

Great company
Geraint, Edd and the rest of the team are amazing. The charger was working but then it lost power, and Geraint came to fix it the next day. He got it working very quickly and it was a pleasure talking with him. You don't find this kind of excellent service anywhere else.
The charger works really well and it has an app to control it.

Excellent service and charger
Excellent service and charger, will recommend over and over, UK manufacturer therefore very trustworthy and the best of everything is their amazing customer service. When I had an issue my phone not connecting to the charger they drove 2 1/2 hours to resolve the issue which at the end was my phone and not the charger at no extra cost.

Excellent company from start to finish. Excellent value for money in my opinion, installer from Redflame was professional and very polite, couldn’t do enough to make the install neat with no cables showing in house.
