Sir I am a senior citizen just you see what I ordered and what I got ,horrible material also first time also the same thing happened and they gave 20 dollars as they agreed but seond time they send horrible material .I asked my money back after taking this material.I will wait for two days as it is my hard earned money .wait for the reply for this review .Fashiontiy should confirm what I ordered and what I got.If this is supplier mistake I will complain.please advise but any way I need money back.

Second order and it has been sitting at a parcel company in IL for 14 days now and usps is still awaiting the package. Online chat is a joke. Lip service. No one wants to wait 30 days or more for their items. It's not how the rest of us run our business.
I'm going to have to look for another source. The prices as a deal aren't worth the hassle. I contacted support with info as suggested. No help. Package sitting 16 days at Parcel Facility in Woodbridge, IL. Someone has truly dropped the ball on this small order. Sad!!!!

I've ordered from this company 4 or 5 times was happy till this last order. Always got my stuff spent a crap load of money with them everytime I ordered March 6th and my order still says waiting to arrive in the united states. When I ask about it they keep telling me customs has it.. this is such bs.. not understanding how they run a business like this.

Heb hier een bestelling gedaan, ik moest 2 maanden langer wachten dan verwacht. De helft van de spullen was weg gegooid geld. Zelfs op vinted kon in het niet verkopen. En terecht want het was totaal niet zoals ik had verwacht. En buiten dat allemaal om, heb ik een bestelling niet ontvangen t.w.v. 1500 euro. Kortom, weg gegooid geld en nooit meer dat ik hier nog bestel! Ziet er allemaal te mooi uit om waar te zijn. En oja, ook de sieraden. Goedkopere look dan dat heb ik nooit gezien! maar ook de douane kosten is gewoon belachelijk duur!

while I understand that people may have different experiences, I actually have had great experiences from this company. It does take a while to receive your product but it states that under the product. Any questions I've had has been answered with in 24 hours. So I was pleased with that as well. My advice to other is to look closely at what you're buying and the material. Get a few pieces first to see if you actually like the product vs buying a lot and being disappointed. I've ordered from this company, about 4 or 5 times and each time I've been pleased. I do a thourough quality check of everything
24 days and still waiting. No one will answer where my goods are. Tracking advice is all in chinese. Not feeling great about receiving my goods :(

I've been trying for more than a month now to let them delete my account. But they are ignoring me, coming with excuses.
First it was them asking me a question, every time I asked them to delete my account. the questions kept coming and my request was ignored.
So I got tired of their questions and became really serious and started talking about our rights as a customer. Now they are like: 'we are bussy.' What kind of a company does this to there customers?

I'm surprised at the bad reviews I'm reading. I have had great experience with this company. They respond to my questions way quicker than other companies. Maybe people are ordering things and expecting premium priced items. If you take your time, read the fabric content and understand what your buying and allow that it's coming from China, and allow them the time to ship things so far, you will be pleasantly surprised. I've ordered 3 maybe 4 big orders and I am very happy with their product. Only two dresses did I not care for but I pictured them in a more exotic fabric so it was my fault not theirs. And their items sell for me quite well. Take your time, don't expect the finest fabrics at these prices, there is a drop-down button to choose fabrics) be patient in shipping and spend more for the best deal.

Had ordered in Nov 22 with a 30-45 day wait period. It's Mar 23 and yet no sign of the parcel. The customer service answers back when asked. However the entire process with this is freeking slow and frustrating. This will be my last purchase with this site. Not worth the money spent.
