DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
They false advertise.
They then tell you returns are at a cost to you and will probably cost around £50 to send back. (Even though 2 items I purchased the same was completely different materials on each one)
On the website it looks like UK
company but you have to return to China!

The incorrect size was sent to me. I am a size small and large/X-Large was sent to me and the company refuse to take ownership of their mistake. The quality is really bad on the coat. I have lost money on the purchase!!! The company is. Asked in China which was it stated and they have asked me to send the coat back and pay for the taxes and shipping for the return myself!! Unacceptable. Please do not order from them they are not a genuine!!!

100% SCAM DO NOT USE FASHION ST. Stay away from these sellers they are totally fraudulent, they advertise as ‘easy and hassle free returns’ and ‘money back guarantees’. There policy guidelines are pure fiction. You will not get your money back. You will have to pay to return the goods to an overseas address. You will need to track down this address as there will be NO paperwork included in their package, after doing all of this you STILL will not get your money back and they will also have the goods you paid for! The goods you receive will be shoddy and look cheap so save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere. Their customer service is an A.I. joke.

If I could select zero stars I would. Ordered trainers which I thought were coming from UK but no, they come from China. When they eventually arrived, they were the wrong size. They sent another pair which meant waiting again. Again wrong size. I said I would send them back for a refund but was told they don’t do refunds so they will send the order out again. To cut it short, this happened 2 more times (4 pairs) the next 2 times not even the same style. Still no refund but offered me. 20% discount on my next order. You are kidding right!!! Please do not order from here, they are pirates.

Ordered Zara trench coat assuming it was uk based. Arrived 3 weeks later quality shocking and certainly not the coat I thought I had purchased. Size m was small, paid 55 pounds for this coat. Sent 3 emails asking to return and no reply. No labels on coat or paper work inside package. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

These people give the distinct impression stock is held in the UK. When I ordered some size 3XL shirts I was appalled to find later they were being shipped from China. Sizes from China are always smaller, and when they arrived the labels on the packaging was 2XL. So they didn't even supply what was asked for. They requested photographs of the packaging and labels, which I duly provided. Then they said no, they wanted photographs of the labels in the garments themselves. Of course, there were no labels in the garments, which I'm sure they knew.
I've asked to return these for a refund, and have had no response. Looking at other reviews here, it looks like these people are scammers. They shouldn't be allowed to trade. It's borderline fraud. So remember the old saying, "let the buyer beware."

Stay clear away from this store. I actually bought something by mistake (to fast on pressing buttons) I tried to return it; the lady offered me. 20% discount on my “next purchase” as if I was going to buy another item from them. She then offered 50% (same deal/ next
Purchase) . I even tried to reason with the bank and sent them loads of pictures from the awful item. I had not one communication from them about the shipping, order status or delivery date. Nada, nothing (I believe this is purposely done because they don’t want any “proof” to be used against them. It’s a fraud, and they aren’t in Manchester either. It’s a scamming company

Just recieved the order. I'm shocked being belief! Nothing is a described, the quality is shocking. I wished I'd read the reviews before. This company needs to be shut down immediately. Do not order from here!!

How can this company treat people so bad and get away with it ,I ordered a coat which came with a cut in the collar and they won't issue a refund just a replacement which I don't want .DO NOT ORDER from these people,It is cheap ,thin tacky disgusting quality you might as well go and find the nearest drain and chuck your money down there AVOID

This company is a complete rip off. It said on the site that it was free postage in the UK & delivery within 2 weeks. It’s actually a Chinese company. You have to wait 4 weeks for delivery. The sizes are based on Chinese people (smaller than in the west) and when you find the item is poor quality & wrong size you are told you must return the item to China at a cost of £50 which is more than the poor item delivered. Never buy from this company. If I could have given it a score of 0 stars, I would have done!,

I ordered a cashmere sweater. The product label says it's polyester and elastane. They refuse to refund without a return to China- costing more than the sweater itself

I initially asked for an exchange as what they’d sent was the wrong colour and too small. They said they don’t do refunds, which of course is nonsense (consumer contract regulations). I got refunded in full by doing a chargeback via my card provider. Purchase at your own risk!

Absolutely awful company.
I ordered a pair of grey knee high leather boots.After almost a month I received a pair of black boots that weren't leather and looked nothing like the boots I ordered.
I sent them back to the Amsterdam depot,I put a letter in with them then sent an email complaining about how disgusted I was with the boots and the company.I eventually received an email back informing me I should have sent them back to China.
I wish I really could give a minus score but unfortunately I can't.
I would highly recommend staying away from this abysmal excuse of a company.
It asks for date of experience,it actually started 28th December and went on for nearly 2 months.

Like all the other reviews I can confirm that this company is a scam. They eventually sent my coats and they were the cheapest looking items you’ve ever seen. I returned them (to the return address in Amsterdam!) and when I chased up the refund was told that their policy is no refunds on discounted items (not mentioned in their T&Cs) which they all are. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I can't add anything more to what everyone else is saying other than this company should be closed down for fraud.
