I would rate no stars do not by from this company . Quality of goods are appalling faulty and not try’s to size as is there customer service . Will be taking them to the small claims court Avoid like the plague !!!!!!!!!

Ordered solar lights via wowcher weeks ago and never received them. Tried to email but address is undeliverable and bounces back. No lights, out of pocket, unable to contact them. Avoid.

Orders a weighted hoola hoop belt. It didn’t fit around my leg let alone waist.

I contacted them to return item as is completely resellable. They argued that the purchase was the right product. I reasoned that it’s the same as if id bought jeans that were too small- I’d return them!

The product isn’t fit for purpose as I can’t use it.

They said the purchase is my fault so won’t return the item!

Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Avoid like the plague. They only send your goods when you ask for your money back weeks after your order. In my case the item was NOT what I ordered, AND it was faulty. So fat they have not refunded my money,

Ordered from this company quick delivery but product was faulty contacted them refunded my money straight away very good customer service

The after sale service is second to none they didn’t argue they just refunded my money with a heart felt apology, I couldn’t ask for anything more I would buy from them again

This company Fantasy supply are extremely dodgy and sell via WOWCHER . They don’t operate a Legitimate business and have zero dialogue with customers. Trading standards need to sort it out as many lose house and Home because of these dodgy companies.

I was having problem trying to insert the various head attachments into the massage gun and not sure what to do with the rubber connector and emailed for assistance. They replied promptly and took the trouble to make a video to show how to insert each head and to show that the rubber connectors are spare part and how to replace the worn out ones.
Excellent after sales service.

Id like to know where this company is based. When you buy something off Grabone New Zealand, there is no web address anywhere in their product listing,or contact details like other legit companies. The watch I received looked the part but it's not worth the $34 I paid for it. When I contacted Grabone, they came to the company's defense,saying they have been doing business with them for years and have had no issues with the quality of their brand. I doubt it. Be careful what you purchase from them

I must admit that fantasysupply is far superior in terms of functionality. There are so many features like automatic update of inventory and pricing which makes listing very easy. I will recommend to my friend.

I got a quick answer anytime I contact their support page and it's very helpful.
