We recently booked a Hen Do for 19 people in Leeds. The booking experience was brilliant, and the whole weekend had excellent organisation and activities! The bottomless brunch at Dirty Martini was faultless and cocktail making with meal at Revolucion Du Cuba was great fun! The dance class was also amazing! Everyone had a great time and the Hen loved it! Thanks to everyone at Fantastic Weekends - especially Ursula! Xx

Bottomless brunch
Limo experience
Dream boys
Cocktail master class
2 course hen meal.
we all had an amazing time.

We had a great hen weekend in Belfast, everything was stress-free from start to finish. Hotel was perfect for 19 hens! We had one evening meal and and the Belfast beer bikes included in our package, meal was lovely and the beer bike tour was great craic. Cannot recommend fantastic weekends enough!

Very disappointed with the company. One of the hens took it on to organise the hen do. She spent many times trying to contact to find out the clubs we had access to as well as the spa we were visiting. The spa got removed and offered life drawing! She then went looking herself for a spa, whilst working full time. She found one and the company okayed this. But why should she have had to go searching? We then we're told within the week we were going that our hotel had changed! Then on the first night out, went to one of the named clubs to be told our booking name was not on the list. Luckily we were allowed in, but what a shambles!

We have just returned from a brilliant weekend in Liverpool all organised by fantastic weekends. Charlotte was brilliant throughout the whole process, with her recommendations for activities to when we had slight issues with our accommodation, she was available all weekend. It was cracking weekend from start to finish all organised by fantastic weekends.

I have recently booked and attended a hen party with the help from Fantastic Weekends. From the very first email enquiry up until the actual event I have been impressed by the consistent contact and efficiency of this company. Charlotte, whom I initially spoke to was absolutely wonderful, from problem solving to finding a venue to cater for us and everything in between, she was always available for a quick phone call if I had any queries and provided as much reassurance and assistance as anyone could ask for when booking their first hen party for a large group. I would absolutely use this company again

Do not book.
Head bridesmaid booked a hen weekend for 7 to Marbella 5-7th May.
The company's organisation was utterly abysmal. Their customer service is absolutely non existent.
Hotel booked was 15km east of Marbella town.
A lovely hotel with great staff.
Booked 4 rooms. One hen paid extra for a room on her own.
Arrived at hotel late afternoon to find only 3 rooms available. Hotel staff were amazing but sadly no availabity for an extra room.
No refund as yet on extra room booked and not received.
We booked dinner and a pub crawl in Marbella. The confirmation we received stated Marbella.
We specifically didn't want to go to Puerto Banus.
The person who originally did the booking didn't actually arrange our dinner we were offered, a day before departure, an alternative in Puerto Banus, over 21k west of where we were staying.
Transpires that the person who made all our original bookings was totally inept at their job and was let go by Fantastic Weekends.
The company took zero responsibility for their confirmation to us blaming said colleague.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails we have had zero response from them and no refund on the extra room booked nor a dinner that we didn't actually book.
Absolutely woeful.

The staff are all lovely first of all. They made everything so easy from the start. Felt that the prices were reasonable. Would use this company again

Being asked to be a best man and arrange a stag do is one where you are pleased to be asked but the work involved in organising a group of people for such an occasion is really challenging. Fantastic Weekends took all the hard work and organisation away and we ended up with just a Fantastic Weekend. The process of deciding what to do where and when was all made simple and then the booking and payment process was great, all the money was handled centrally which made life far simpler then me having to book and pay on my account or card and chase for payments back etc.

Booking my friends Hen do through these guys was the best decision i made!! They were very patient with all the mind changing and decision making from a group of girls! They gave us plenty of options to choose from and we were super happy with what we chose to do.
We had 4 days in Magaluf and it was amazing!! highly recommend anyone who goes to do the catamaran trip, it was incredible. Any problems we encountered were sorted out quickly.
The only thing i would say is the "Guided bar crawl" is non existent, there is no guided bar crawl, we ended up just using google maps and asking locals where to go.

For start to finish it was a great hen weekend. The team were so helpful and accommodating. The activities and hotel they booked were fantastic. Would definitely recommend

If you’re looking to book a hen party in Marbella I’d suggest booking it yourself and saving the hassle of using these cowboys!
Arrived at the airport, passport control queue was long but we were through less than an hour after our scheduled flight time yet our transfer decided to go. After several phone calls of hearing he was “moving his car” it turned out he’d just left, leaving 8 women stranded at the airport. We had to foot the bill for 2 Ubers despite paying for transfers as part of our package.
The hotel apartment was fine but no where near where all the activities were so we had to get several Ubers back and forth.
The “guided” bar crawl on night 1 was us making our own way and using google maps to find the bars.
Day 2 we’ve got another Uber to the beach bar we had paid for to find it’s not even reopen until 26th and is literally mid refurb!
Seriously this company has caused so much stress to a hen and her party who wanted to have a fun, stress free long weekend, I sincerely hope a refund is coming our way.

UPDATE - It's now been months with no reply, not 28 days like they promised to respond in! Instead they've flagged my review for not being genuine! Sorry guys but I still have all my proof of booking/payment/itinerary so nice try attempting to get this removed so I can't warn other people...

Fantastic weekend away. Everyone in the group had such a great time. Lots of going back and forth to get exactly what we wanted and it was all super easy. A couple of little blips on the way (I think with suppliers at the other end) but all sorted in the end and didn’t affect the weekend we had. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you.

Cannot fault Ursula and all! There are 3 of us arranging a hen party for our bride to be and we all had our little preferences but Ursula helped and sorted us out in no time! She listened to exactly what we wanted and came back with responses pretty much instantly! We are confident we now have a hen party that our bride will love!
