The team were accommodating with changes and found a perfect balance as we were a party of 13 everyone was happy with the activities and cost. Transfers were organised and on time which gave us a stress free experience.

The hotel was really good! And we thoroughly enjoyed the party bus experience. Had a great weekend

can't really fault this company , for the money we paid it was very reasonable £245 pounds for 4 nights hotel and 3 activities included , we went with the pub crawl, cruise with beach BBQ, then a meal for the last night , in hindsight didn't really need the pub crawl because as soon as you hit the strip you could just sort yourselves out , and there's free shots in most of the bars , the only thing I would say about the boat trip is , it took us 3 hours to get to the beach we we had the BBQ, as the sea was quite choppy that day we had a few sick bags being handed round , a closer beach would have been better , but cannot fault the food we got , meat , fish , pasta , salad , free drink , beer , wine and soft drinks ,the meal we had on the last night we couldn't fault , when arrived we realised the restaurant was closed just for us and they had done a fantastic job laying our table out , looked amazing , food was delicious,again free wine on table , this made my daughters night she was so happy , I would definitely recommend this company for sorting hen party's out , never had a problem , if we needed something answering they would get back in touch the same day , all went very smoothly, my daughter has had a brilliant weekend away , thankyou fantastic weekends 😀 👍 x

The team at fantastic weekend’s organised a brilliant stag trip for me and 21 other blokes. the trip was well organised and great value for money.

It’s a daunting task having been asked by my brother to organise his stag do / party . But as soon as I found out about Fantastic weekends I was in safe hands. From booking everything from hotels to the activities like go karting to beer babes, it was made very simple and straight forward. With 17 people to get on board there are always snags and problems these are quickly rectified and everything is tailored to suit you and your budget which was surprisingly affordable. Many thanks to Lee and Kerry for sorting Everything out we had a great time and the beer babes were a great addition 👍

Avoid this company. Not worth the headache.

Booked in Jan for a hen in August. Booked to go to Leeds and 3 different activities with them. We got told in June that we they couldn't book gold dream boys tickets for us as dreamboys had taken this service away for them. I had to get a refund from them and book myself. There weren't enough tickets left for the full hen party so had to call dreamboys and they sorted us out.

Then 2 weeks prior to the hen we got an email to say there were no tickets left for the Drag bottomless brunch we wanted to go to. We questioned why they hadn't already booked the bottomless brunch for us as the hen was 2 weeks time !! Still waiting for an answer on this now. Again had to get a refund and found a different drag bottomless ourselves. My friend found one relatively easy and after speaking to the venue they reserved space for us until we received refund from fantastic weekends. I'm not sure why they didn't try to find an alternative venue for us.

Thirdly we booked a private karaoke booth through them. We requested a specific bar which they 'booked' and took payment for. To then be told they had booked a different karaoke bar to what we had requested.

The whole experience of dealing with this company has been a headache. Absolute shambles and I would advise anyone to avoid them. It would have been so much easier and less hassle and less stress to just organise it ourselves. Ironic really as that is the reason we used them thinking they would do all the ringing around venues and finding tickets for activities etc.

You get out office replies to emails all of the time. And when you can get through to someone on the phone they say they will call you back and never do.

Avoid at all costs.

Do not be fooled by this company’s Trust Pilot rating; they post fake reviews mainly from friends to ensure they fool people into believing they offer a good service. In our case they took £2860 from us for a boat trip which, because it wasn’t booked when we paid, couldn’t be honoured - so they offered a bus trip instead! The hotel they booked state on the front page of their website they don’t accept Stag and Hen parties. Their their idea of a ‘restaurant’ was the Slug & Lettuce (which is a pub) and VIP entry to a nightclub means nothing because we’ve since discovered the clubs concerned don’t offer such access. Their proprietors hide behind their Terms & Conditions (which actually breach UK Law) and because of their refusal to refund despite breaching their contract with us and ruining my daughter’s Hen weekend we are now taking them to court.

Booked with Lee originally and he was very helpful with what I needed for a group size of 25 for a hen party. There were lots of activities to choose from and it was all hassle free in organising they did this for you.

We have just got back from Chester and I can honestly say we all had the best weekend! I cannot complain about any of the activities we got to do. We had a 2 course pizza meal on the Friday at Pizza express - no issues, food was lovely and very quick! Then on the Saturday we went to Hoole Community Centre where we had the Beyoncé dance class… this was sooo fun and such a laugh! We may or may not have decided to do the routine at the wedding in 2 weeks!

We then toddled off to Revs for the cocktail master class.. my only nag was it dragged a little as there was so many of to make cocktails it did get a little boring. So id advised for a big party I’d skip the master class and have cocktails and platters because my goodness… the food was delicious, fresh, tasty cooked to perfection!

We then ended our hen with the boat party. We had received an email shortly before our trip stating that the boat party could not go ahead but offered us a private boat with all the trimmings… and believe me that was the best thing ever! We had such a good night and didn’t want it to end! We could have easily stayed on the party boat all night.

Overall my experiences with Fantastic weekends has been good. I’d say the only moans I’d have is the paying system on there the portal was always down and people struggled to pay their deposits and outstanding balances which then gets confusing if people are wanting to transfer the person who has organised the whole amount.

The other snag was when we arrived at the hotel on Friday, the hotel had given us 1 room short for the first night. They were going to charge £320!! Which as you can imagine I declined! Luckily enough I had receipts printed which were sent over shortly before the weekend trip. I provided these to the hotel and it was confirmed that we did have an extra room but it had been booked under someone else’s name.

This is why I have given the 4 stars out of 5! As it does cause a lot stress if you have been told there’s not enough rooms!

Had a great experience using this company recently for a Stag do! I simply told them how many people, what we wanted to do and when. All the hassle of the arranging, co-ordinating, booking and paying etc, was all taken from me and they dealt with it superbly. I would like to say a massive thank you to them for making the weekend as perfect as we had hoped for! Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a stress free process! If I could have given more than the 5 stars, then I would. They certainly do live up to their name!

Brilliant weekend for our hen ... all had fun a brilliant laugh and most of all we all went home happy all done because of fantastic weekends♥️♥️

We all had a fantastic time with all of the stress taken out of planning it by going through fantastic weekends!

The party bus although was late completely made up for it by going the extra mile and the cocktail making was alot of fun!

Excellent experience with Fantastic Weekends from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, response time really quick. The online portal made it very easy. The hotel far exceeded our expectations

If we could leave less than 1* for this company we would!! There is actually too many negative things to be able to fit into this review! Had a wonderful weekend despite this company. So very disappointed with the service we received after being promised so much. Communication was great if not a little persistant at the beginning then nothing. Unless a payment was due, then the emails came.
Communication was awful, emails ignored, things that were promised I had to sort myself. Dietary requirements not passed on. Venues booked under names that weren’t associated with the party and our hen do was booked in as an office party!!! Had to fight to get the Prosecco with the afternoon tea as hadn’t been arranged. Two course meal promised with a choice of venue, picked venue then told £20 limit, main courses start at £17 how does that work. Vip entry, a joke, I finally, after lots of emails received the list as we were going out on the first night, a list basically of local venues you can enter on a walk in basis so not VIP at all, luckily we had made our own arrangements due to not getting the information.
I’m not sure of the MDs position because when I kept getting either fobbed off by our contact with ‘I’m in the middle of an email and will loose my train of thought!!!’ ‘I’m dealing with your weekend today’ which became the stock answer or ‘ we have other priorities…’ then please pass on to someone else to deal with, I kept getting told by the MD ‘I’m not dealing with this case speak to your contact!!!!’ Just round in circles.
I booked with this company to save the stress of sorting it individually…. I more or less had to do most myself, the stress of it all was unbelievable, to the point we couldn’t wait for it to be over, awful run up to what I wanted to be a ‘FANTASTIC WEEKEND’ for my sister, it was, but not because of this company but because of the wonderful group of people that pulled together. Very disappointing. Save yourself the stress!!

The stag do was everything that we'd hoped it would be. The rep (Lee) was fantastic from start to finish - He was on hand at all times if needed and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was sorted though that made it a relaxing, stress free and cracking experience. Would definitely recommend and use again. I'd easily recommend any of the activities from the activity centre as they all looked amazing, and the comedy night is brilliant. Many thanks to all involved

So...... I was tasked to arrange a Hen weekend for my bestie, omgosh where do you start? I was recommended Fantastic Weekends from a work colleague who had just got back from a weekend organised through them and had a ball. My experience from start to finish was seamless to be fair and they literally organised everything for 16 of us. We went to Liverpool from Friday lunch time til Sunday lunch - we had a trip down the Mersey, visited Liverpool and had a brilliant fun cocktail making experience, then to line our tummies for the evening we had an amazing high tea and of course lots of cake. The evening was spent in a club and a VIP section was apportioned to us. Sunday morning was chill time but well needed. The weekend ran smoothly and I can honestly say that I couldn't have done this without the staff at fantastic weekends. Credit to you all and thank you so much. I have a very happy Hen bit hungover but she will have time to recover before her day. Thank you Fantastic Weekends will definitely recommend you.

Where to begin…. Our party of 18 Hens are just one week away from what should of course be a ‘Fantastic Weekend’ (You’d think so anyway right?)

We currently stand with this company refusing to refund almost £3000 of our money, leaving us out of pocket and unable to plan an alternative weekend.
Communication becomes non existent when problems arise on their behalf, no urgency to sort anything weeks away from the booking. Being fobbed off phone call after phone call. The list goes on.

To give the Company some credit the sales team really do a great job of selling/promoting such an ‘amazing’ package. Training in this field must be intense. I don’t know how anyone can sell something knowing they cannot and will not provide it. They just want your money!

I urge anyone who has been unfortunate enough to experience the unlawfulness and complete lack of compassion, to take this as far as they possibly can.

Trip advisor please look into the FAKE 5* REVIEWS. Funny how many are from family/friends of the owner and his Fiancé - the bookings Manager.

This company need to be stopped!!!
