Excellent service. Lee was great.

A group of us went for a hen do which was booked months in advance. Massively disappointed in the company who sold us the package. Communication was poor, the main activity for us was a boat which was cancelled days before without any alternative arrangements made. The hotel was advertised as 4 star room was not cleaned once during our stay very dated and old. No communication from the company when we emailed to express our upset. The beach party advertised was not near the beach was in a bar on a side street away from the beach.The staff in the bar were not welcoming and rude. We were told our evenings would be spent in different bars which as not true we ended up spending the whole three days in the same bar. The VIP club package was horrendous taken to an empty club with other stags as the only hen party. Feeling completely let down by this company would most certainly not book again

Group of 10 of us booked a Stag Do in Benidorm.
Communication all along was great & all conversations had via WhatsApp were backed up & confirmed in emails too.
Hotel was good, had everything we needed for our stay & rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast included was fine & location of it was great & exactly what we wanted.
Small niggle with the transfer - which was no fault of Fantastic Weekends - but our driver dropped us a bit of a distance away from our hotel & was unable to communicate anything with us due to language barriers, so we had to work out where we were & find our own way to the hotel from the drop off point - no big deal with phones & ‘modern technology’, just giving an honest review.
Although we did have an issue with our accommodation/bed situation that couldn’t be resolved while we were there, upon reporting this to Lee after the trip, a reasonable outcome was instantly offered by Lee & accepted by myself with thanks.

(I would have given 5 stars but for the small issue which couldn’t be resolved during our stay).

All in all, an easy experience & we had a great time on the Stag Do.
Would have no problems going back to Fantastic Weekends for any future trips of this nature.

We had a wonderful hen weekend away with a meal in the slug and lettuce and then free entry to Popworld on the Friday night and then a party boat on the Saturday night which was better than expected we had so much fun ideally would be better if we didn’t have to make our own way to the boat and had a transfer sorted but it was fine and we got a taxi and used the discount given to us! The hotel we got was lovely and clean tho very hot but we had a fan in our rooms so we had them going! Would definitely do it again and highly recommend,

What a wonderful company that takes the pressure off event planning.
Communication from planning stage to after the event has been great. Activities that were planned suited our taste. Definitely use again.

Lee and Kerry were fantastic, they took all the stress away from planning a big day. Communication was always clear and quick and nothing was too much to ask for. Accommodation chosen was perfect for what we needed. Great hen weekend overall thankyou for doing the hard work!

USELESS CUSTOMER CARE

I had my hen weekend the May of 2025 and the initial booking was super easy and to be honest Ursula did a great job tayloring it for me and my hens, went ahead with a package which later on needed altering due to change of numbers. When it came to this the company wanted to charge £45pp extra-when we’d already paid a fair amount anyway. After lengthy discussions and some rude emails back from Kerry we managed to cancel everything bar the accommodation without any extra charges.

Anyway gets to the hen weekend, I arrive at the house at 15:00 to find a problem with the locks and the code they’ve given me doesn’t work, straight onto Lee and the company it’s rented through and this was no help whatsoever and the company actually telling me it’s user error- it wasn’t user error! Lee was helpful in trying to assist me but still the company were adamant it was my fault. Long story short they sent a locksmith at 18:00 and only when he started drilling the keys dropped from behind the lockbox! PS the company made me send x 3 videos proving I was doing it right before sending a locksmith-not best pleased.

I advised to fantastic weekends how upset I was and how I wanted compensation back due to how inconvenient it was. Following this I had messages Ursula and Lee many times, emails sent also and no response from any of them, I personally feel they are only interested in the money and sales and not customer care!

I wouldn’t recommend using this company to book your hen weekend or trips away due to their useless customer care!

Amazing trip and the guys at fantastic weekend were so helpful, great communication and made everything so much easier planning wise. All the actives were amazing and went to plan. We spent 3 amazing days in Marbella full of laughs couldn’t be more thankful.

Lee and Kerry were brilliant! Arranged exactly what we wanted when briefed during our initial contact.

Lee worked with me to plan a hen do. He was really accommodating and always responded to my questions promptly, even during antisocial hours! Having Fantastic weekend do all the work made it so easy to plan! As the weekend drew closer, he put me in contact with kerry who was just as helpful with giving me all the information I needed around the activities and venue. I would highly recommend and will certainly use them again!

Kerry and Lee were absolutely amazing and managed to book everything that I requested. the Villa was beautiful, the boat party was amazing, private chef was wonderful and the yoga teacher that came to the villa was the sooo lovely!

Honestly cannot fault a single thing!!!

And Kerry is just such a delight to work with

We booked our weekend break with Lee and he worked really hard to match our expectations. Kerry, then saw that all the bookings were confirmed.
We had an amazing time at the comedy club in Brighton.
The Hen and guests had a wonderful weekend.

Honestly, I couldn’t have fault the service we received. Kerry was amazing throughout and I as always happy to answer my questions no matter how small or stupid. I was always reassured and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The weekend, the activities and the house were amazing. My brief was met to a T and I honestly couldn’t thank Kerry anymore 😊

Our group was a group of girls celebrating a hen party. We had very mixed ages so hard to cater for.
The hotel was amazing considering the whole price of the trip, it was extremely clean, modern, well equipped and the staff were incredible. They also served an incredible breakfast buffet.
The activities booed for us were great. I requested a spa upgrade which was organised and didn't disappoint.

Overall a great experience and I would use fantastic weekends again

All the team at Fantastic weekends Listened to what we wanted and ensured we were well looked after. This company was so easy to deal with. The standard and location of the accommodation and the booked events was really good. The pre payment plan and schedule was easy to use and carefully planned for us. They were always available to respond to any queries or changes, and responses were always dealt with in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation with recommending Fantastic Weekends and will definitely use them in the future to plan group events.

Organised my mates stag through fantastic weekends and everyone was a great help. Took the pressure off collecting money off people and hardly had to chase people which is usually an issue! Thanks for all the help.

Everyone knows planning a Hen Do is a pain in the a$$... From trying to find where to go (within budget) to sourcing activities, communicating with multiple vendors - let alone getting your group of friends to reply and pay up - it can become a full time job.

Lee and Kerry removed a substantial amount of that stress. Lee was my initial contact, and his levels of near-instant response time was greatly appreciated while trying to figure out the early logistics! He helped to determine a good location for our budget, sourced our accommodation (and communicated on our behalf directly with the villa owner to sort out some extra bits), and was just a constant source of good-humoured support.

Kerry then took over with the activity planning, and helped with the little touches that took it from a Fantastic Weekend, to an Epic One.

I would not think twice about using their services again. The booking platform made payments easy to track, and we honestly just had the best time. Thanks team!
