If you earn and spend points you will not get them back if you make a return. I have spent $30 recently of rewards and when I returned, lost them. This has happened repeatedly. When I email them, they don't even look. This is a bad company and makes false representations that you will get your points back on return, but you DO NOT.

Worst customer service experience both online and in store. In store, it was over the phone. She was short with me and didn’t listen and abruptly hung up. That was the store in Allen,Tx, The online customer service lady, literally sounded like she just woke up or like she had a hangover.
I ordered the converse double lift stack platform sneaker and it’s available in both men sizes and women sizes, I’m pretty sure I ordered a women’s 8 but when I got my confirmation email , it said 6M, so I couldn’t get one person to figure out if it was a conversion size from women’s to men’s , like if a women’s 8 isn’t available, the equivalent size conversion in the same shoe is a men’s size 6. I got more information out of google than I did trying to talk to 3 customer service reps from FF! Maybe AI needs to replace your customer service base. Do better Famous Footwear, we deserve better than what we’re getting from your customer service. That goes for your in store employees as well. They were rude and unknowledgeable. I don’t like speaking negatively but this had to be said. It was awful.

Worst customer service ever been waiting for a refund for over a month now

I ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to the store off 27th Oklahoma. I called Customer Service a week later and they tell me that I received an email that the shoes are no longer available. I will be getting a refund 4-8 weeks out. I will never buy from Famous Footwear again! Just awful customer service!

I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers from this company. I received them and they didn't fit me well. I returned them using their prepaid mailer. They received them on Feb 6th (documented by Purolator) and still haven't received the refund. I tried to get a hold of them with no response even though they boast that you'll get a response in 24~48 hrs. That ship has long sailed. I wouldn't trust your hard earned money with this outfit. Look elsewhere for reputable merchants with decent reviews.

I went to famous footwear for a pair of tennis shoes. I walked in the store about 10:00 AM and did not get any help for a half an hour. I left to go to target and they helped me right away. Will never go to famous footwear again also very expensive for the quality.

Website showed the item I wanted was available a couple of days later I get an email saying orders would not be fulfilled because item was out of stock call to get a refund and they told me it would be from 2 to 10 business days before I got a refund called after the 10 days and now they are saying the refund will be in the mail and I will get it nearly 2 more weeks so 1 month and a week for a refund this company is terrible with the worst customer service they don’t care about the customer experience and just wing whatever they want first and last time I buy here stay away

I received outstanding customer service from store manager Ms. Melissa at Lakeside Village and sales associate Mr. Kevin. They made me feel very welcome as if I was a close family member. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and I will definitely return to receive the quality customer services they provided!!!

I order a product on there and they have canceled my order immediately I would not be shopping here again ever very disappointed

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I placed an order online for in-store pickup. In my confirmation email it said I would be notified when my order was ready for pickup. A day went by no follow-up email so I headed down to the store to check on my order. There the employee informed me they did not have the product in stock (I never to this day got an email telling me this) and therefore she had to cancel the order. She told me I should expect a refund in 2-3 days. A week went past with no refund. So I emailed their customer service twice with no response either time. Next I tried calling their customer service line. The representative was super impatient and bitter despite the fact that all I did was calmly explain what happened. She sounded like I was the one inconveniencing her and had to be the least friendly person to ever work in customer service. Anyways after all said and done still no refund or further communication from Famous Footwear. I am extremely disappointed with their service and am not sure what to do at this point. One things for certain I will never shop or recommend Famous Footwear to anyone.

I had a terrible experience at Famous Footwear in Auburn Mall. My wife was verbally disrespected and sworn at by a female associate with tattoos covering her arms over a sale price that was clearly displayed but had just expired. I’m noting these details so others know who I’m referring to.

The assistant manager did nothing to intervene. Corporate only offered a coupon and “more training.” When we returned to use the coupon, the same associate told us we weren’t welcome and threatened to call the police.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. Truly sad and unprofessional.

Ordered sneakers for a Christmas gift and received leather 4-inch heel knee high boots. Check receipt, item was correct in paper. When called customer service said they would not send correct item upon return of incorrect item.
It was their mistake. They should make it right.

I bought a Birkenstocks Boston and the color was Taupe. The colors were like 35% different color. you know what i mean? One was darker and the other was lighter.

My first order was missing a pair of shoes,(I ordered 3 pairs)that, for some reason were never shipped. But the phone customer support representative was quite helpful providing an instant refund and matching the price of the great deal I got on that order so that I could order the shoes again. Which I then received and ended up being great shoes of amazing quality at a great price. 🤩

I have had the absolute worst experience with Famous footwear and will not be returning as a customer ever again! I ordered bluey sneakers for my toddler and they came damaged, so I had to go to the store to return them. They gave me a 20% off coupon for the inconvenience. I then ordered another pair using the coupon and some rewards, and that order was cancelled and no reason was given! I tried to reorder but now couldnt use the coupon nor my rewards. I called customer service twice, and though she gave me another coupon, she said she couldn’t help me with my rewards, so frustrating!!! Customer service is horrendous, and not to

Ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter for Christmas said they were in stock got confirmation would ship in 3-5 business days. 5 days later emailed order was cancelled shoe was out of stock. They were probably out of stock already. Now they have my money and I have to wait about 10 business day for a refund I something I never received. They should not charge my credit card till item is sent. Now I have to disappoint my granddaughter this Christmas. Thank Famous Footwear for disappointing a little girl.

I was in the north Myrtle Beach store (tanger outlet) they didn’t have the shoes my husband wanted so I ordered them. The first issue my email was not corrected when I gave it to her. The other issue is they canceled my order without letting me know. So my question is why did the place an order if they knew they didn’t have the product? Now I’m trying to track where my refund is because it didn’t return to my account.I am pleased with the other things I brought however Will not be shopping here again.

Charged me full price for the shoes I didn’t really want & shipping. They use to have a store local & figured I would take them back there. Well NO the store is closed. Now we are driving an hour from our house just to take them back because I’m that mad & will be angry every time I wear them. Once the shoes I didn't really want came in a faded box, they looked like someone has already worn them and brought them back. 5 scuffs on the one shoe. It’s nuts.
