Professional and friendly service. I have used their car rentals a few times now and I’ve never had an issue. The return shuttle service to the airport was handy too. Highly recommend.

Best car hire on the coast (or in Australia for that matter). Whenever I go to the gold coast, I always book in with this mob. I spent ages (probably too long) pricing everyone on the coast and these mob are the best value by far - especially when you factor in insurance. This is because they go for tighter margins on a higher volume. That means you get a good car cheaper. All the cars have always been reliable and tidy and the friendly team put a big focus on good old fashioned customer focused service. No hesitation recommending this mob for all your car hiring needs.

We have used Gold Coast Family Car Rentals regularly since 2004, more recently about 4 times each year to visit Patricia’s mother in a local nursing home. When we originally compared rental company value, service etc. they were our preferred choice and have remained so over the years. It is so easy to arrange our rental car via phone. When we ring them, they remember the flights we use for arrival and departure and are always at the airport to pick us up and take us back to it for our return flights. The cars are always clean, well presented and completely reliable and our preferred size is always available. Darryl, Grant, family and staff have become like a second family away from home and we would naturally recommend them with a 100% satisfaction rating.

I use Gold Coast Family Car Rentals every time I go to the Gold Coast. They pick me up from the airport and take me back to their office to collect my car. Every car that I have had has been very clean and reliable and things like the location of the fuel intake and mirror adjusters have been pointed out to me. When I return the car, they take me back to the airport. On a couple of occasions I have arrived after hours and they have taken the car to the airport for me to pick up.
I had an accident on one occasion, they were very understanding and made me feel relaxed. The staff are really very friendly and I feel that I have become one of the "family". If you want to get the best value and the best service and be treated as a person, not a number, then these guys are the real deal

The people are always friendly. The car will be where they say it will be and the instructions are easy to follow. The vehicles are always clean and reliable.
