Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They don't get back to you when you get in touch with them. They don't respond to their e-mails if you have any questions. They don't pick up the phone when you call. They calls are dropped. Sometimes sessions don't happen and they don't refund you or ignore you. You send 10 e-mails out and if you are lucky someone may call you back and give you some sort of excuses for their poor customer service. I had horrible experiences with their customer service. Sometimes my sessions don't happen and you still get charged and it's hard to get a refund or get an other session because there is no communication.
