SACAM!!! Lost my money … same exact story from all of us here … never again

GaaaahhhdAmmmit! I wish I'd seen the reviews before I gave my money away. Order in March '23. Never received the clippers. Requested a refund and got an email from some b***h named "Ritzy" asking if I wanted a discount on future products instead. I responded "No", and never heard back. It was only then that I did some research and realized this was a scam. Some people need to get straight up dog walked. But I think these fools are based overseas. First mistake. I won't spend any more from a business not located somewhere I can get to physically. I wish we could all link up and get to these fadify scam artists. Straight Up SCAM!!!!

Komplettes Set gekauft, habe nach 6 Wochen nur die Klingen erhalten, kein Support, Impressum sieht auch wild aus 😂
Naja hätte mich echt über diese Maschine gefreut aber gibt es auch bei aliexpress direkt zu bestellen

I placed an order with them in February of 2023 and it’s almost June and I still haven’t received the item nor have I heard back from the company. Do NOT spend your money on this trash.

I advise against making purchases from this website. I made an order on April 17, and as of May 23, I have yet to receive it.

No response from customer service, placed order for a fadify machine several weeks ago.

I ordered with them and I get tired of wating and ask for a refund they did gave me a refund for the first order, then I decide to give them a second chance and they keep saying we are sorry for the delay we have so many order and we currently working on January orders as soon as we ship your order we will send you the tracking number to your email, we'll not so long ago they have stop replying back to me, even worse they were online in the chat most of the time
And now they not which means it looks like a scam totally. This long waiting is insane and I'm also 100% this is a scam, they god I just only loose 67 dollars and not couple hundreds. Why I decide to buy this product from them, because I did my research first, I went to YouTube and saw coupé people using the machine and decide to buy it, first attempt fail but they did refund me, second attempts looks like it's a fail because they stop replying to me. So that's a no no watch out, no one will hold a costumer so long eating for a product, I think it's a scam and if is good for them now no body will ever goin to try to buy this ever again

They don't return emails. They don't respond to anything. I ordered 3 months ago, emailed no less than 30 times, tried to "live chat" with them...no response.

This is an absolute scam! They have not returned a single communication. I will report to BBB, cause a total fraud where even on their site they fail to respond.

Scam. DO NOT PURCHASE! Placed order on April 20th and did not receive anything, not even a tracking number. I have emailed the company with no replies, and called the company that essentially doesn't exist. I have even tried to contact through their site with nothing useful or helpful. Their reviews on their site looks very good, but now I can suspect that those reviews are fake and only there to scam people like me. Again, DO NOT BUY!

Ich habe dort auch bestellt alles Produkte erhalten, nur das eigentliche Geräte der Rasierer wo ich die klingen drauf machen kann habe ich nie erhalten, und vor einer Woche habe ich dann von fading culture ne Mail bekommen das sie Insolvent sind und ich über Paypal mein Geld zurück holen soll,gesagt getan, gesamten Betrag erstattet bekommen. Von Paypal ohne jegliche Probleme.

Scam, never received my order

scam... same as all the other responses. Ordered early Feb/2023, they send 20% coupon after a couple weeks when its supposed to be delivered. Then anytime you check on it, a truck is bringing a new shipment in and your order will ship/deliver in 2 weeks. Fast forward 12 weeks and they now do not respond and there was never a delivery. Complete joke of a company

Ware nie bekommen Geld über Paypal zurückgeholt. Betrüger am Werk.

Ich wurde leider auch verarscht. Hab die Bewertung auch zu spät gesehen obwohl die Seite auf den ersten Blick professionell wirkt.

I paid $80 and they took the money and never shipped the product. I've been emailing for months with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY they are a scam.
