The express production does need to be reviewed. If you cannot meet the timeline then don’t offer. The only reason I chose Fabness was due the express production. However, to be fair they did refund but the delivery still missed my sons 18th birthday.

I love the glasses perfect for my partner, very durable. The writing could of stood out a bit more but they still look good.

Hi Mark,
I have checked your order and can confirm you selected Express production option.
This reduces the production time from 1-3 Business days to approx next Business day.
The order was shipped in this time frame.
(the time frame excludes weekends and public holidays)
Tracked shipping was selected, which states a time frame of 5-7 Business days, and tracking shows the order was delivered in this time frame.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.
Kind regards,
Amanda
