All helped me out and went above and beyond. Kept me informed, explained the options I had and genuinely put me at ease.
They could have easily referred me to the manufacturer with a complex job ( who was at probably at fault) and a much more expensive solution. which would have involved breakdown recovery and prolonged stress of sorting it out. The team chose instead to take the time to problem solve and find a way to get me back on the road. I can't thank them enough, I though I was at least facing a new engine or facing a new car purchase but thanks to their due diligence and team work, I was saved that expense and drama.
Great work I've told all my friends and will definitely be coming back in the future for routine car care or issues.

Not completed on time, had to wait for a long period to change the tyres. Guy in the reception didn't know what we came for first place, he said we are working on it but our car was still on the side at that time. Don't recommend this, if I can I won't give any stars at all.

I left a review yesterday (20 May 2024) following a very poor experience a year ago. However, today I received a very positive call from the F1 Autocentre Regional Manager and would like to take this opportunity to thank him for taking time out of his day to talk through the circumstances that led to my review. He was very supportive and understanding and talked me through all the changes that had been made in Worksop following similar customer experiences to mine. At the end of the conversation I felt reassured that if I used the Worksop F1 Autocentre again my experience would be very different. As a result of this call, I would advise any customer experiencing problems to raise their issues directly with the F1 Autocentre Head Office giving the company an opportunity to resolve the matter to your mutual satisfaction. I am very pleased to say my customer satisfaction has turned from very negative to very positive all as a result of one very thoughtful phone call. A very genuine “thank you”.

Worrying lack of attention to detail and unexplained scratches in 3 or 4 separate parts of the car. Had a friend look at it who laughed at the service fees - the claim that certain items had been replaced or repaired was untrue. He indicated about 40% of charges were bs, so what started as an MOT and full service ended up trebling in price.

I would just like to say a great big thank you to Brady and Ken for there help getting me back on the road today after I hit a curb and burst my tyre near the garage I left the car with hazards on and flattened the battery there came and got the car going fitted me a new tyre and Ken got me a coffee absolutely first class service 100% recommend

Initially, I ordered replacement tyres on 2 separate occasions. First in February and then on 12th March for the remaining 2. Then on 2nd April my car was booked into my usual local garage as 5 days previous I thought there was something wrong whilst driving. I got a call and they stated I need to speak to whoever had fitted my tyres, as they found that on the front offside the locking nut was missing and 3 out of the 4 wheel nuts were able to be taken off by hand! I thought the tightening of the wheel nuts was a simple practice and a must before letting the owner have their vehicle back! On questioning at the Worksop branch, I spoke to a male behind the counter that remembers who I am, but looked bemused at me on telling him what I had learnt that day. Then a voice from the office at the rear of the counter said take a look in her car to see if the locking nut is in it, under the seat etc! This was the manager apparently! Now even I know it should of been placed on the wheel not under the seat! As my car was still in my local trusted garage, the voice said, well we'll have to get her a new set and fit them for her. The manager didn't even have the decency to show his face and what really upset me is that there was no apology from either persons! Absolutely disgusted I said I would return. I returned on 3rd April and asked to speak to the manager who was not in. I was told to come back on the 4th when he would be in. I said no, he can contact me. It is now the 5th April and still no call from the manager. Absolute disgrace. Putting customers lives at risk when they pay good money for tyres that they think will keep us safe on the roads and not even fitted properly. Disgusting. I expect a call today, 5th April.

My car was booked in on a Sunday mid December for 2 tyres to be fitted .Some what disorganised and got worse the longer i stayed 2 and half hours for two tyres to be fitted very disappointed.
But i thought i would give them another chance jan 19 2024 more confusion on fitting a full set of TPMS valves i ended up speaking to bmw and the supplier of the valves, the outcome was we had the valves fitted at PJ tyres in worksop with no issues again l think lack of knowledge at Formula one is the issue i also understand you can not bean expert in everything

So I think the guys at f1 in worksop should get a new mot tester cos he's not very good at he's job couldn't open the bonnet on the wife's van so totally refused to do the mot ( which cost £37.50) so took it to kwik fit and the mot tester had no problem opening it so would highly recommend this garage instead
