Formula One (Wisbech) have looked after our car tyre needs since we moved to the area a few years ago & we wouldn't go anywhere else. Good prices, sound advice and a great team who know their game. They even sourced '4 Season / Mud & Snow' rated tyres when asked to which gives us peace of mind.

I have just come back after booking my Audi a3 for new front brake pads. I thought they were worn out. The garage quoted me £98 fitted which I was really pleased with. They called me to say my brake pads are ok and don't need changing. How about that?!. I'm sure most people have felt they've been charged extra or for unnecessary work from garages. Not from formula one. This is my fourth occasion I've used this garage in just over a year. When I called yesterday (18/11 11.22 am) The first thing the guy did (i didn't take his name but I hope my time stamp calls him out) he told me they price match brake pads if cheaper elsewhere. This gave me alot of confidence. This is the same guy who offered me payment assist on my last car (ford focus 15/05/25) which really helped me. This guy a great asset to the business. He tells you how much and when they can do it. He actually had to call a supplier to get the price for my brake pads whist I was on the phone. I was expecting a long hold or a call back but I was on hold for seconds not minutes. Like I said I have numerous dealings with this one particular man and he is exceptional. His company should really value having him as thier employee. I've also had brief encounters with other staff and they are all very helpful and professional. The work on my focus was priced well and done exactly when they said they would do it. I'll be booking a service and my upcoming mot with them with complete confidence.

I had a full service here and had a bit of an issue where something had been missed. Got a bit worried after reading the reviews that stated customer service was terrible and they rip you off. This is NOT the case.

Mark Brooks, the regional manager, went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I didnt hold out much hope that they would do anything other than apologise however I was left extremely pleased with what was offered and Mark also took the time to explain everything that was done and should have been done.

Dont listen to the negative reviews. Although they did make a mistake by missing something they done more than what I expected to fix things. As Mark explained we are all human and do sometimes miss things however its what you do after that counts.

Will be using formula one again.

MOT & full service, really friendly and helpful staff. They explain any work that needs to be carried out and give a full breakdown of the cost before commencing the work. I’ve used them many times and never disappointed with the service I get. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went into the Wisbech branch last week to get my tyres checked. Although the tread was ok I knew they were cracking and probably in need of a change so it was no surprise that I was going to need a full set. Because I wanted to use my PayPal Credit account we agreed on a choice of tyre which I then ordered online and booked for fitting. All good, until I had an email from F1 saying the tyres I'd ordered were out of stock. Cue a lot of phone calls between F1 online dept and Scott & Liam at the Wisbech branch. Despite me changing my mind more than once about which tyres I was going to have, all the staff I dealt with were polite and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Come the day of fitting I was met with the same level of courtesy. The tyres were fitted in the specified time and the wheels aligned. Great service, zero complaints and no hesitation in recommending F1 Autocentres.

My first and last visit. Booked in at 1400 and arrived at 1345 to have one tyre fitted. Finally left the premises at 1510. Not a very good first impression.

I have been charged for two new tyres, wheel balancing and tyre disposal and yet still have the same old tyres on my car.

Car went in for interim service,had full wheel alignment done. After getting car home Car was not right and steering wheel off centre took car to another garage who stated alignment was out both front and rear so had it redone.at a cost of £100 an expense I didn’t want Car was much better on road after using another garage Will not be useing formula 1 again.after this experience
I didn’t take it back to you as I heard a lot of bad reviews about the garage
They had my car in for a whole day
It also stated car had. Been test driven After work done if it had been test driven they should have noticed that steering wheel was of centre and it was pulling badly to the Left

Customer service at Wisbech puts most main dealers to shame and they certainly beat them on price which is why I have used these guys for servicing etc for the last 4 years. Simple on-line booking process and excellent communication.
Hopefully by the next service they will have found out how to drop the glovebox on a Mk4 Seat Leon to change the pollen filter!

Extremely poor service, staff at the Wisbech store, were rude, obnoxious and ignorant. We were lied to, they made up excuses to benefit themselves, and we were treated like s**t by them. Absolute disgrace and we will never use them again.

It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to change 2 tyres, I think I could have done it quicker myself

Called into Wisbech Formula One to get a tyre and wheel alignment. I returned at the appointed time and the work was completed without delay. The customer waiting area was warm and comfortable (albeit customer internet appeared down). My contact with the branch manager and his assistant on reception showed they were friendly and helpful.

Visited the Wisbech store to get a tyre fitted. Staff were helpful and efficient. They also carried out a free brake analysis. Prices are reasonable and I would use again.

Absolutely a joke this garage. Failed MOT just to make few pounds on some wipers. The states of the wipers wasn’t that bad for a fail as they’ve been replaced 1 year ago . Also fail because of air fresheners hanging on the mirror . ( next time you can advise costumers to take them down at least

Booked my car in 4 new tyres, turned up 8.30 as per appointment, I was not booked in and they had only ordered 2 tyres, so booked again next day, all 4 tyres were fitted within me leaving and about 30 minutes I had flat tyre so took it back, after investigation I had a crack in alloy wheel, they said my issue nothing to do with them, I explained I had car 8 years no problem with tyres going flat, they had damaged it on their machine and didn't want to sort leaving me a big problem, did get it sorted in the end, disgusting service from start to finish will never use again, how can anyone run a buisness like this, total jokers

Customer service was fantastic and nothing was too much for them. Explained everything to me which I was happy.

Just had our Mercedes C200 serviced & MOT’d at the Wisbech branch. I was very impressed and will be booking our second car, Kia Sportage when service & MOT due early December. I would also mention Scott at the branch was so professional,helpful, customer focused and polite I can only go by my experience that was absolutely first class.
