Fantastic service

Fantastic service, helped explain what was wrong with my car and gave me different options to fix the issues.
Kept in contact regarding the progress too.
Would definitely reccomend.

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent, and the team was friendly. They were efficient in handling my van I really appreciated their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

Great service as always on my MOT

Great service as always on my MOT - we've been using this branch for almost 15 years now and they're always friendly, quick, helpful and great at finding any issues with our cars.

Excellent and reliable team

After a roadside breakdown the guys took my car in and fixed it well ahead of estimated time.

Got me back on the road in no time and were quick to resolve any niggles afterward.

Top service and will be returning for all future works.

Excellent Experience

I called London Road branch as my washers on front windscreen stopped working. Took it into workshop and they looked at it, and fixed it within 10 mins. Excellent service and staff members were very polite and helpful.

Thanks Stuart & team!

Visited F1 Boulton Road for a second opinion on service advisories I got from a different local garage as it wasn’t trustworthy, Stuart was more than happy to help and give me clarity on how true the other garage quote was and what to get done and when. He put my mind at ease and was extremely helpful even on a busy day in the depot he still fit me in.

Formula one pin green

Formula one pin green. We went they as had a engine problem, they sorted it for us really quickly. Lovely people in there. So trustworthy. Definitely recommend them to everyone.

A helpful reception.

The person I spoke to on the telephone re tyres was very helpful. The young man on reception at the London Road Stevenage garage was excellent and had been the person to whom I had spoken to earlier on the phone. I saw and heard him deal with other customers and he was very good. My two tyres were fitted in reasonable time and with no fuss.
