Formula One Autocentres - Redditch Omdömen 

Fantastic service. Whilst on holiday visiting family the air conditioning decided to run out of gas (in the middle of a heatwave 🥵😩). I tried calling numerous places and a lot of them didn't answer the phone. So I drove around trying to find somewhere and a lot of them said they couldn't fit us in till after our holiday had ended (even though they had empty bays in their garages). Formula One Autocentre Redditch managed to fit us in immediately even though they were busy and we were driving away with the air con working again within 45 minutes. Couldn't fault them one bit. The staff were really friendly too. I would highly recommend these guys. 5* rating? Absolutely

Iv been going to Formala One for a few years now. I find them very helpful and I trust them totally with my car.

Went on the off chance at getting my aircon re-gassed. Told me to come back in an hour so I did and they did it then. Can't fault the friendly service at the Redditch branch. Would definitely use them again.

Once again I have nothing but praise for the service given at Redditch and particularly for the young gentleman on duty last Sunday 26 March 2022.

Had two tyres changed at their Redditch site on 09/06/22. I’ve just discovered they have only reattached three nuts on one wheel and have also lost the locking wheel nut on the same wheel. An absolute shambles and dangerous.

Definitely to be avoided.

I arrived 5 mins early for my 9am appointment. I was greeted cheerily and booking checked in seconds. Car was driven into bay tyre changed and all done in no more than 15/20 mins.
To say I was impressed would be an understatement......1st class from start to finish.

I called into Redditch branch this afternoon and the customer care shown by the technician was excellent, he went above and beyond to assist me and I am very grateful. Refreshing to find service like this in today's busy environment. I highly recommend this depot it has become the go to place for our whole family, excellent value, very knowledgeable staff and great customer focus.

1 star and that’s generous! From what seemed efficient service from been fitted and been advised tracking etc needed doing to my car been worse to drive with tracking and missing a locking wheel nut. Returned to redditch to have tracking re done but still not made a difference, options given for refund or another f1 site but refund can only be done through head office which is a pain to sort. Upon taking the car elsewhere it has been noticed that the locking wheel nut hasn’t been replaced and multiple wheel nuts not very tight but as this was noticed after 3 weeks store manager who wasn’t helpful had said it could’ve been stolen and was there when re fitted. It has taken this long to sort tracking and notice wheel nut missing as the car only gets driven occasionally at weekends. Poor customer service and poor workman ship and not safe with re attaching wheels back to car. Do not use this site, very unprofessional and poor customer service
