Went for MOT I was told that there is stone in my bmw tyre which they highlight on outer surface of tyre however i couldn’t find it, so went back asked one of staff member if they can quickly show which would have taken literally a minute but they refused me straight away rudely saying they are very busy and they dont have time. i was their customer paid for MOT and they dont have time for their own customers, f1 auto centre really need to train their staff on how to talk to their customers and what really customer service mean.

The Orpington staff were friendly and informative, and gave me the opportunity to return after I got a locked bolt freed. On returning they carried out the tracking, and Matt explained what and how they had carried the work out, even showing me the figures. I recommend them.

Needed a new tyre ,within a day I had one fitted and was reasonable affordable priced which was just great
will use the again.

Superb as always. Always feel welcomed and always treated as an individual not just it’s a job they have to do for someone.
Couldn’t fault at all (apart from no drinks/water machine/facilities in waiting room). But I’m not there for that more the service.

Prepaid service +MOT - Could do with a bit more communication when work is carried out and kept informed. The management did reach out and was keen on resolving the issues reported. Would be great to see more user friendly staff on the desk who can communicate/ answer phones and leave the mechanics to deal with what they are good at.

We had a new windscreen washer motor fitted in my wife's Corsa last September and it developed a leak recently. We booked in to have this fixed and Formula One completed this with no charge despite being very busy. Many thanks

My sister-in-law had an awful experience at this location today when she brought her car in for a service. The manager, John, was unnecessarily abrupt and rude, making her feel very uncomfortable with his attitude. Upon collecting the vehicle, we noticed false comments on the service paperwork, seemingly to cover their backs.

When I tried to speak to the assistant manager, he was just as rude and arrogant, crossing his arms and laughing at me. He dismissed my concerns about the manager scare-mongering my sister-in-law into buying their "special" oil by telling her the car would blow up if she didn't pay for it and that he would refuse to do the work if she didn't sign a waiver. He laughed and said, "No, this is true," continuing to speak to me condescendingly.

I would not recommend this place due to their unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.

Popped in to get a battery check. Could not had a better or professional service at formula one auto centres Denvale Trade Centre. John and the team are to be recommended. Will use for all car servicing in future.

Really grateful of the careful attention paid to fitting 4 new tyres on my car this week. Technician highlighted that two rims had previously suffered damage (most likely due to potholes) and, although not an immediate safety issue, gave advice on how to get them straightened by an alloy wheel specialist. New tyres were supplied at a competitive price, seem to be accurately balanced and no damage caused to the alloys.

Always really friendly and helpful but they really helped me out when I had an emergency situation with my car this week meaning I couldn't continue on my journey and had to leave the car with them.
They assessed and reported back giving me sound advice.
John is a lovely man, very knowledgeable and I'm truly grateful.

Wrote off my car and will not pay compensation or cover any costs incurred as a result of their mistake.

I took my car to the Orpington branch for a service in May 2023, and they caused a catastrophic oil leak which caused significant damage to the engine. My car is still sat on their forecourt after 9 months whilst they refuse to fix it and instead have insisted I deal directly with their insurers who have declared my car a total loss.

A settlement has still not been paid and I have spent 9 months without transport, struggling to get to work and to get my children to school. A courtesy car was offered for a short while and then withdrawn. I could not buy a replacement as I am still paying monthly for the car they broke. I have had to rely on the kindness of friends and taxis to transport my wheelchair dependent child. It has made my life really, really difficult.

I still await settlement for the vehicle and as of Feb 2024 am still paying for my lease car, insurance and tax as their insurance refuse to communicate they have written the car off to my insurers. This means I have been unable to take out finance on a new car. They have stated they will pay vehicle value only directly to my finance company and I will receive nothing.

I have suffered significant financial loss, stress and upset as a result of this and would recommend you do not trust them with your car.

I now have had to instruct a solicitor to claim compensation via court which will be costly and lengthy and add more stress.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews and understand accidents happen but the way they have dealt with this, specifically Manager Alex Wood, has been disgraceful.

Further to the below invitation to contact customer services: I have contacted on numerous occasions and have been told to discuss with your insurers, Allianz casualty claims.

From the moment I went in, I was felt welcome Tony was very professionally And kept me with updates at all times. so I would like to say thank you and I will be back again. I do recommend anyone to go to Formula One centres?

I had a car service from formula one on November, but they only gave me a Tyre report and gave me a checklist instead of a complete servicing report as other car servicing companies do. I have no idea about my car's condition. I'm very disappointed about their service.

I really appreciate they can book me in the next day after some foxes chewed up all the wires under the car and the ABS/Power steering lights were flashing! Tony was very helpful and my car gears, brakes & steering wheels feel better than before the fox ate the wires ! Thanks again!

Great service by Tony Nunes who sorted the MOT within my deadlines . He shuffled schedules to make it happen where others would have not done so . Also very friendly and professional . I will definitely bring my other car here .
Oz was the mechanic and his advice will save me future expenses . Top guy who is there to help the customer . Top end of customer service . Def recommended.

Guys at Orpington were polite and friendly , it was great that I could drop off car early for it's MOT and pick up in the afternoon

Had to have MOT and found that track Rod rubber split on my Seat. They had to order second part in and found the experience excellent. I was updated by phone and found the team at Orpington very friendly

I took my car in this morning first thing & car was ready to be collected at 10.45. Absolutely amazing service. Will definitely be using again when my service is due
