Formula One Autocentres - Farnborough Omdömen 

Car booked in for a service and MOT at Farnborough branch. Staff lovely (Paul) and despite being busy they were able to complete the work by 1200hrs as I would have had difficulty collecting any later due to my daughter having work! I have also purchased tyres from them recently and always had great customer service. Definitely recommend this branch.

It was a very good visit for my mot. It was done within the hour whilst I walked my puppy. Staff were very pleasant and my mot was an excellent price very competitive and I will ofcourse visit again when needed

Efficient, helpful and informative.
Contacted them following experiencing a pothole drama. This ended up with a flat tyre. They were the nearest to me so I rang them and they told me they could attend to my car as soon as the recovery had attended to my car. They gave me plenty of options of tyres and my car was in the workshop within 10 minutes of my arrival. Mark was very pleasant and helpful . Also the guy who worked on my car was able to explain things to me without being condescending!! Will visit there again.

Friendly staff, quick fitting whilst I waited.

I had a suspension problem on my car, after picking up my car (having been upsold some new tyres which I wasn't convinced needed replacing) the problem had not been fixed. I took the car back and they took another look at it and quoted me further work. I then arranged to have the work done but when I turned up they said it wasn't booked in on the system and despite me being there at 8:30am and the first one there they said they couldn't fit in despite the mechanics standing outside smoking! I then arranged a new date, and again after picking up the car the problem had not been resolved. I lost any faith in their competence and took it to another garage and they managed to fix it first time. This garage is awful, rude staff, and incompetent. Not recommended!!

The centre like most of this type of operation is competitive and competent, however I have one gripe with this particular centre (Hawley Lane, Farnborough), that is there is a marked disabled parking space right in front of reception that is ALWAYS in use by one of the staff, I expect as a managers perk. Not a professional impression.

Clean, warm & comfortable waiting room with TV & loos.
Were ready what I arrived at the agreed time. Open Sundays too.

Always the most professional serice I can think of!

I came away from F.O.A. as they had let me down a few times. So after 18 months I decided to phone them and get prices for 4 tyres. Their price was just under what I had been quoted from other local companies. I ordered 4 and was told they will fit them on Monday at 16.30hrs. I arrived on time, only to be told they had not been ordered, and the best they could do would be reorder, but couldn't fit them until Sunday. I drive to Scotland on Saturday so no good for me. So yet again was let down by them There will be no other chances.. I phoned ALS on Farnborough Road, explained what had happened, they are fitting my tyres tomorrow morning. The price is the same as Formula One. They will be getting my business in future.

Met all their commitments. They were ready to go when I arrived. Very polite and respectful. Explained everything clearly before starting. Did the job very quickly (45 minutes for 3 tyres) and were very competitive on price. I couldn't ask for more.

It is not a honesty company to perform the MOT test. Very very poor MOT result and exactly not the truth that failed 4 items but two items were working very well even we checked it again. Do not and never go to this company because it is a not trustable company. I advised that do not go there.
