Formula 1 Dunstable. Booked online for Aircon clean and regas. Dropped car off at 08.30am on the day. I could see they were already busy, but it was all done by 12.30.
Very polite service all round, good value too.
Been here before and know that generally you have to wait a while if they have a lot of cars in on the day. Best to leave the car there and go home to wait if you can.

Had my car's MOT done there and as a follow-up had my brakes fitted there as well. Despite having purchased the parts on-line, Dom (the manager) was very friendly and helpful to accept the work and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend the Dunstable branch of Formula One Autocentres for the teams professionalism and courtesy and will definitely be coming back.

Had the opportunity to do work experience with f1 dunstable. Had an amazing time and unlike other places they actually taught me how to do stuff like change tires,Oil changes etc. They really are very friendly especially Dominic the manager. Dominic makes everyone feel welcome and overall good vibes and a great guy.

No attempt to upsell for unnecessary components, patience and helpfulness in showing me everything I wanted to see to confirm and learn from-all in all probably the best service I have ever had from a tyre,exhaust, brake and servicing centre! Thanks, much appreciated.

Where to start???!!! We bought my daughter's Mini in Friday 10 May to have one, possibly two tyres changed. All going well until the machine broke her alloy wheel. This was 18:00 on a Friday evening. We were told to source a new wheel, get it sent to F1 and they would compensate in any way they could. So, we found a wheel, ordered it online on our credit card and had it delivered to the workshop for Tuesday 14 May. It arrived Tuesday as promised and new tyres were fitted. We went to collect the car and you offered us a discount of £60 but still charged us approx. £151.00 for the two tyres - the £60 discount was the alloy wheel which you had broken and we had purchased!!! Work that one out!!! You treated us as imbeciles and did not offer any compensation for the tyres, the wheel or aggreviation you caused for the four days you had her car. Garages still have a reputation of ripping women off - have you restored the faith - NO!!! You've not only lost our business as a family but we will not recommend you to anyone. Your area manager would not even speak to us on the phone. I would love to hear any feed back you can offer.

My car developed a fault while in the area and popped in to this branch to see if they could help, even though I didn't have an appointment. I have to say how very pleased I was with the service received from whole team. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and accommodating. They managed to find the source of the fault and fix it, with no inconvenience to me. I highly recommend Dom and the team, you'll be hard pressed to find better service anywhere else.

I went to change my car tyre at Dunstable branch, they broke my car alloy wheel itself while changing tyre, Its happened due to the poor condition of the machine, Now my car is kept at their centre until they get some old alloys for less then 70 pounds from Ebay,
no support from staff even its a mistake from their side. Im editing this review after 2 weeks, Its still not sorted i have visited again to replace they broke sensor now, again waiting for parts
Expected more responsibility on services and customer service. managers need more training to handle customers

Took my car to the Dunstable branch. Great service from Dom and Will. Two front tyres were changed quickly with no problems and at a great price. Was sold tyres that suited me and not the usual expensive ones that other tyre places try and make you buy. Will deffinatly use this branch again.

Dropped a tyre off with slow puncture. Picked it up a day later, it only had a leaking valve, no charge. They could have fitted a new tyre and i wouldn't have known any different. Very friendly, helpful, trustworthy staff. Thank you, great team.

These guys helped me out when I ordered tyres online but the Hemel branch had a problem with their tyre fitting machine.
They allowed me to collect the tyres from Hemel and have them fitted and front wheel alignment at the Dunstable branch immediately.
Fantastic manager, polite, knowledgeable and extremely good customer service to everyone who walked in.
Really impressed with all the staff, will only be going here from now on.
