Formula One Autocentres - Dartford Omdömen 

Despite servicing my car, an issue came up after leaving the garage, I returned asking to look at. Took a hammer to it and then said should be alright! - They also had to get someone from another local garage to try and fix an issue. Despite this I have had to go to another garage to get everything sorted. Another £500. Didn't even notice clutch in need of replacing and more worrying the earth cable not connected!!! Seriously bad and not interested in listening.

Formula One Autocentre at Dartford. Went above and beyond. I was told by a leading competitor that I needed a new exhaust at a cost of over £500 but Alan at Formula One took at look at my vehicle and advised that I didn’t need any work or a new exhaust. I could have easily been ripped off but Alan was open and honest which was so appreciated and saved me money. Would highly recommend F1 autocentre. Thank you it’s nice to see there are still honest helpful

Absolutely fantastic service from Alan and the team at F1 Dartford - great price for MOT and when it failed they had it fixed (at a v good price) and re-tested within 24 hours. Think they have been through some management changes so ignore old reviews and give these guys a go *****

The service I received from the guys at Dartford formula one was fantastic. I've been driving awhile and this was the first time a garage has listened to me. (Being a female) the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them. MOT and repairs carried out in the time they stated.

Can’t speak highly enough of Alan at the Dartford branch couldn’t be more helpful to get sorted two tyres and TPMS monitoring sensor for one wheel I needed. Will definitely use again.

Car went in for MOTT and service. Got a prompt call to update us on progress had a call when car was ready and Alan went above and beyond with advice on a bodywork mark and was happy to provide advice on an issue with my sons car. We have used Dartford Formula One for over six years and have never been disappointed

I took my car for tyre fitting through me buying run flat tyres from blackcircle. I bought 2 tyres. I told the guys where to fit the tyres , this is evening from morning I dropped my BMW , my tyre sensor isn't working. And moreso they were being duggy when I was there. I don't trust them, I am going back on Monday to ask them what they did to my tyre sensor. They will pay for it. Guys avoid this particular garage... The guys working there are not truthful. I will not advice anyone go there after my experience. Dartford Branch.

Arrived to be told doubled booked my 1.30 Slot , it was the dreaded computer error excuse , my wife came back next day left her waiting and waiting ,customer service here is appalling , do not waste your money on this outfit

AVOID! TIME WASTERS LAZY AND RUDE STAFF!!If you are looking for a TYRE shop who doesnt have a simple tool to remove your wheels, this is the right place for you. I even offered my own tools to the technician and he didnt even tried it. Terrible customer service, manager said he didn't have time to try it. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5 working days to reach my account. ABSOLUTE JOKERS!

Scam company! I booked online only to be told there was an error on the system and could I return the following day. I was then told my car had failed its MOT and needed repairs at the cost of £600! Alarm bells were ringing, especially when I was given the sales pitch speech. I then decided to take my car to a specialist MOT centre for a second opinion. Surprise, surprise there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and it was safe and had passed with flying colours! Disgusting and vile to rip people off like that

Went to there as my tyre pressure on the car kept on coming on. The staff there were busy but put themselves out and looked at the tyres checked them and sorted out the tyre pressure on one of the tyres. Thank you so much we got home after my daughter's training and my shopping spree to Bluewater. Thank you once again.

Stood waiting for 10 minutes while staff chatted to each other with no acknowledgement but I was seen. No other customers waiting. Standing is painful and have to use a crutch.

Quick efficient service when I walked in without a reservation. Tyre repaired on 20 minutes by friendly polite technician. Would definitely recommend and use again. 👍🏽

Excellent service today for a tyre repair

I don’t usually write reviews but I visited the Dartford centre twice this month for air con re-gas and a tyre repair. I can honestly say that both experiences were very positive. I missed my appointment for the air-con. I called them about an hour after, they told me to pop in when I could that day and they would fit me in, which they did. Today I called them due to a flat. The guy I spoke to said to pop down as soon as I could, which I did, it was repaired in n about 15/20 mins. On both visits, the staff were so polite and helpful and got the jobs done quickly and at a great price. I would definitely recommend the Dartford centre!!

I had a screw lodged in a front tyre, so contacted the guys here to book it in for hopefully a repair.
First thing Monday morning I arrived and was promptly dealt with. A repair is all that was needed,,"How much?" I enquired,,,, "No charge, just leave a good review" 😃 So that's what I've done, and will also guide my colleagues and friends there ! Highly recommended and very friendly, professional people to deal with !

Terrible Experience – Unprofessional, Careless, and Completely Unreliable

I visited Formula One Autocentres for a diagnostic report on my vehicle – something I had been waiting a long time to get an appointment for, and urgently needed as part of a case being reviewed by the Financial Ombudsman.

After an hour, I was called back to collect the car, only to be met with vague, unclear explanations about the issue. No proper diagnosis was given, no clear solution, and no technical breakdown of what was wrong with the vehicle. Instead, I was handed a completely unrelated and urgent quotation to replace my tyres – as if that was the actual reason for my visit.

I requested the diagnostic report to be emailed to me immediately, stressing its urgency. Despite following up multiple times over the next three hours, and even resending them documents they claimed were “lost”, I still received nothing. The staff were completely careless, dismissive, and unhelpful, showing no urgency or professionalism throughout the process.

Yet, they were very quick to charge me on the spot for a service they didn’t properly deliver, and even quicker to quote me for new tyres I never came in for.

This place is not genuine, they don’t care about customers, and clearly have no understanding of urgency or professional responsibility — especially when it comes to legal or financial matters.

Avoid wasting your time and money here. Go somewhere that actually knows what customer service and accurate diagnostics mean.

Went to take my car for its MOT and received a phone call saying there’s no oil in it, so they refused to work on it unless I pay an extra £180 for an oil and filter change (he said he could get it down to £125, which is probably what it costs in the first place). I said I can’t pay for that so I will take it somewhere else. The mechanic (think his name was Jaz) then reversed my car through the chain blocking the exit of the garage, and then got offended when I took my car key off of him in silence. He then Hounded me into hearing his point of view but interrupted me every time I went to respond. Got home, checked the dipstick, and there was oil on. They also tried conning me last year, so will not go back, I hope no one else does either.

Rude staff behavior. They don’t fix the issues which we highlight. I don’t know if they service the vehicle according to the checklist or not.

Really impressed with the MOT service at the centre in Dartford. Efficient and helpful and a good price. Most importantly, they didn’t try to sell me any extras like other places I have used did in the past. I will use Formula One Autocentres again.
