No pressure!!
All of the staff which I dealt with were helpful . Stephanie was very patient and she even put the items that I took away, in my car. Which was complicated as I have a small hatch back. I went into the shop 4 times and spent a good deal of time finalising my purchases and never felt pressured to hurry up!

Play it safe and collect your self
Ordered large plant pots online , a little confusion as included delivery. I was informed this was an error on their system and could not deliver to my home. I understood systems can go wrong and proceeded to collect the pots as I understand the pots could possibly be broken using certain curriers, as care and attention to fragile objects in Ireland can be a gamble.The staff in the Castlebar store were helpful and understanding about the whole process and delivery situation.

EZ Living...shopping for a bed .
Barry was the Sales person. Very helpful chatty guy who allowed us to explore a range of options for buying a new bed for our son. His tone, his manner was brilliant and he crucially allowed us the time to discuss our options amongst ourselves. He offered non biased advice too

What I love most is not only the wide variety of beautiful, high-quality pieces but also the outstanding customer service. Every time I visit I’m welcomed with genuine warmth and treated with respect, which makes shopping here such a pleasant experience. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. EZ Living Furniture is more than just a store, it’s a place where I know I’ll be taken care of and that’s why I’ve trusted them for so many years. Highly recommended!
