Express Toughening Ltd Omdömen

I think the mark of a good company is how they respond when something goes wrong.
If what i had ordered turned up on time, I would be giving 5 stars, but the completely wrong order was delivered and trying to get the correct glass delivered was painful and difficult. Even when the correct one was eventually delivered the incorrect one was left behind.

In short, product great but customer service shocking.

One other observation is that the glass pricing is reasonable but the extras like the support bar, wall connections and delivery charges are phenomenal

Fantastic experience purchasing from this company. Speedy customer service to correct a price issue. High quality, custom-fit glass at a reasonable price. Friendly, fast and informative delivery service made logistics extremely easy. Will definitely buy from them again.

Great service from Ridwan. Communicated clearly throughout the process and couldn’t be of more help. The end product was exactly what we expected. Will use again

Ridwan was very helpful and reasonable with the services. Great communication and overall excellent workshop they have. Would highly recommend. Fast delivery. Good products.

If I could leave minus stars I would. I previously left a good review as they were very helpful on us ordering a frameless shower door. Until, we had a problem then it became hard to get the on the phone and even harder to get them to do anything. First door was made too small by them (they worked out the sizes needed for door and panel based on our specifications but the seal barely connected!) After fighting about it for some weeks they eventually agreed to remake it. Now we have had a 3 further doors delivered and each one has been damaged. They are slow to respond and unhelpful every time. I’ve just been told after yet another damaged door delivered with multiple chips by the Company Director it’s fine as they will be covered by the hinges! If you want shoddy items and awful customer service go ahead and use them but my advice is please do not!

Order placed 31st March 2026 for a simple glass shower enclosure and as yet i still have no delivery date! I have chased this company every single day and i just get fobbed off with excuses that they will look into it and get back to me to let me know a delivery date, which they never do. Initial delivery was supposed to be 5-7 days and we are now on day 19 and counting and still no one can provide a delivery date. Absolutely shocking service from this company.

The toughened glass that I bought was sold at a good price to the specification I provided. The presales support was great and delivery was quick. I did spot a mark on one of the pieces of glass. I contacted via email and arranged a replacement through Helen Doherty. Helen was very helpful and the replacement arrived quickly. I would have no hesitation using Express toughening again for future needs.

I ordered two glass doors and a glass counter-top for a bathroom. The doors had to fit exactly in already-built walls.
I got excellent support and advice in preparing the order, including coatings, corner treatment, hinges etc.
Once ordered, delivery was quick and accurate.
Now installed, the doors fit perfectly and look great. The counter-top is not critical on fit, but looks wonderful.
I am about to order more glass from them for a stair banister.

I was impressed from the beginning. Very very good customer relations and attention to detail. We had a small hitch but they sorted it immediately. Will definitely use again.

Super price and service. Manufactured exactly to drawings. Result is perfect!

I recently needed to replace a glass balustrade door panel. After submitting my order I was contacted by Ghazel at Express Toughening Ltd to check the order before processing. Thank goodness she did as I had left out the drill holes for the hinge brackets. Ghazel was happy to amend the order without fuss or fanfare. The door arrived this morning and has been made exactly to specifications given. I have used Express Toughening Ltd twice now and on both occasions I have been left extremely satisfied, both in terms of quality and also price. I live 450 miles from their factory but still found the cost for transporting very reasonable.
Once again many thanks to all concerned at Express toughening. Great job.

I was looking for a bespoke piece of antique glass and found Express Toughening. I was helped by Ridwan in the sales team who answered all my queries and sent additional product images to help with my purchase. Following placing the order and getting confirmation, Ghazal from the Key Accounts team contacted me to keep me updated on my order.
I can’t fault the whole customer experience as it was exemplary. The polite and helpful communication from the teams was so appreciated. Such a professional company - I highly rate and recommend them. Thank you so much again for making my purchase so enjoyable.

I needed two replacement glass shelves for my French Antique Display Cabinet which were impossible to get anywhere locally. The shelves were of a very irregular shape with all sorts of curves and right angles.I sent my own Template to Express Toughening who have done a really fantastic job for me.From my initial dealings with Helen ( Brilliant Ambassador for the Company ) through to delivery I was delighted with my shelves , the excellent service and a very fair price. Thank you

Such an efficient, pleasant and seamless experience purchasing my modern glass Juliet balcony. Not to mention great value price too.
Ghazal was particularly helpful with valuable advice and always seemed so willing to help and accommodate my requirements for the unit. Many thanks

I recently purchased a picture printed glass splashback and a glass furniture door from Express Toughening Limited, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and the results exceeded my expectations.
Firstly, I have to commend Helen, the ecommerce manager, for her outstanding communication throughout the entire transaction. She was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the ordering process. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made the experience a pleasant one.
As for the products themselves, I am thoroughly impressed. The picture printed glass splashback adds a unique and stylish touch to my kitchen, while the glass furniture door enhances the aesthetic of my living space. The quality of the glass is top-notch, and the printing is crisp and vibrant. Plus, the fact that I was able to get such high-quality products at an amazing price is truly remarkable.
Overall, I highly recommend Express Toughening Limited for anyone in need of glass products. Their combination of excellent customer service, high-quality products, and competitive pricing is unmatched. Thank you, Express Toughening Limited, for delivering beyond my expectations.

Fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. Thank you to Ghazal and her team. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a bespoke glass table top for our dining room table - they offered the best price I could find for what we wanted (6mm low iron), even with delivery up to the North East. It was delivered ahead of schedule by a friendly driver and the product is first class - fits perfectly as measured and is crystal clear. Highly recommended.

Have dealt with this company twice and, on each occasion, I have been very happy with the level of customer service provided. Both Helen and Ghazal were friendly, professional and responded quickly to my requests and queries. Products arrived safely, on schedule. Good experience.

Made contact with an idea, Helen worked through our design and some last minute modifications. Really helpful and will use in the future.

Excellent service, my 6mm Glass table top (1500mm by 900mm polished edges with dubbed corners for safety) was delivered as per specification very happy with quality, placed over my existing wooden table (glass was heavy enough and does not slip so no need for small rubber feet under glass).

Delivery was completed on the date given by company - delivery driver was very professional and arrived within the scheduled time given.
