Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic! Was very worried about the process (and the price!) of renewing a passport through a third party agency at first, but was impressed by how easy and fast it was. Had a couple personal roadblocks (just unsure whether I was doing it right or not) so I called the toll-free number several times and was SO pleased by the courteous and patient staff!! Hats off to Express Passport for being so organized and making this important transaction go so smoothly! Received the passport exactly one week after sending it out!... one word: WOW. :) Thank you!!!

Excellent Customer Support
I was on a tight deadline to get my passport renewed before a business trip and was also nervous about using a service like Express Passport. The customer support I received throughout the process and the text and email updates was great! I was really impressed and they really helped in a time of stress.
