Item was exactly as described in the advertizing listing. It was sent to me in quite adequate packaging and consequently arrived in sound condition. Delivery was within the advertized delivery window. What review could I leave other than 5*****?

Product sent was not exactly as ordered
Product sent varied from what was shown on website and what I ordered. Took 4 days to arrive.
Telephone not answered, told to leave a message.

We apologise that due to the Easter Bank Holiday~ we only returned for despatch operation on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
Needless to say the holiday created a back log of orders from the close of despatch 15:00pm on Thursday 2nd April 2026.
Orders are processed sequentially and not all items that are available are stocked by our own warehouse and therefore we interface with other external warehouses accordingly.
This was indeed the case with your particular product line being requested externally at: 07-Apr-2026 12:10:44
Unfortunately other warehouses have experienced back logs due to the holiday break also ~ which has created a delay in supply.
As notified on our website:
"Please note delivery times are from dispatch and not from the time you place your order.
Our dispatch centre is open Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays."
We apologise for the delay, inconvenience and disappointment that this has caused.
We are sorry to learn that the product that you requested differed from that which is advertised on our website. We will investigate and update the information as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
If you are not satisfied with the item you received we are able to send you a free returns label if the product has not been used or compromised.

First time using this company, never again!
My first time using this company. Placed an order on Monday 6th April (evening). Item was showing "In Stock" at the time. Needed the item urgently so using Royal Mail Special Delivery which cost just under £8.
Expected the item to be dispatched on Tuesday 7th April and delivered by 1pm today (Wednesday 8th April).
It is now approaching 6pm and still nothing.
I just logged into my account to view my order history and the order status is still "Acknowledged". It hasn't even been dispatched yet.
What's more; the items are now showing Out of Stock.
I haven't received any email or call from the company explaining what has happened.
I've requested a full refund via PayPal.
Won't be using this awful company ever again.
