This worked well for me, I was able to retrieve ~4K snap memories in a few hours. I followed all the steps and help video but there were still around 400 snaps that weren’t exported and I wasn’t going to spend the time to ID the missing ones and download manually. Overall was just happy to get the majority of them saved with metadata + merged layers.
This has been the only snapchat exporting tool that has provided everything I needed. It's super easy, includes all the geotags, filters, and overlays and it does all for you. Their customer service is great too. I reached out about a question I had and they got back to me super quick and resolved my question!
All you have to do is upload the zip folder from Snapchat and it does all the work for you.

Had trouble with the V2.0 on IOS, but the support helped me really quickly und switched my licenses over to macOS.
The macOS version worked without a problem.
It works great, I was a bit skeptical at first because my exports contain sensitive information and it is not an open source program, but I monitored my network traffic and nothing appeared suspicious at all. (I am a paranoid person so forgive me lol)
I am also an extremely pick person, and this program actually accurately handles timestamps, gps coordinates, overlays, duplicate files (even multiple duplicates), and corrupt files.
(My snapchat export was definitely a worse case scenario in my opinion)

The App did exactly what it said it would do. I was able to save all my SNAP memories and my wife's! Then upload them elsewhere where we have storage. Thanks!
The website was easy to navigate, instructions were clear and the program helped me merge all the text files with the original picture/video file. The amount of time it would take to sort manually through all my memories makes the price for this service so worth it. It saved me countless of hours of manual labour.
The application works exactly as described. Snapchat does not make it easy to get all of your own information from your photos. Simply export the memories json file, then upload it to Exportsnaps, and they handle the rest! Support was exceptional with quick responses and a bug fix to resolve an unexpected technical change from Snapchat. Well done!
