Exceptional Villas Omdömen

Your rentals are always top notch. Your team that we work with meets all our needs. We will continue to rent from you and I often recommend you to friends.

I am working with Mary Morris. She’s been very helpful helpful. She gets back to us in a timely fashion. Always answers our questions in a friendly manner. This is our second vacation working with Exceptional Villas and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Marianne to plan our trip to Barbados was such a wonderful experience. She was always so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the whole process feel seamless and enjoyable. She responded promptly to any questions and was incredibly helpful every step of the way, making sure every detail was taken care of.

Her organization, warmth, and attentiveness really stood out, and it gave us so much confidence going into the trip knowing everything was thoughtfully planned. Thank you, Marianne, for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable!

The affiliation with resorts and places to stay and handling all of the logistics prior to the trip have made Exceptional Villas an exceptional company with which to work.

The experience has been nothing short of perfect. I have dealt with Thais Tirloni (property selection)and Mary Morris (details of the week) in the planning of our family trip to the Cayman Islands in February.
They are professional, kind, relatable, patient and extremely communicative. Exceptional Villas should be proud to be represented by these two individuals. Very grateful.....thank you!

Can’t recommend Exceptional Villa’s enough. Rowena did a fabulous job of organising everything for us, arranging transfers, shopping, car hire and restaurant bookings.
The apartment is perfect and we are looking forward to our time in Barbados. Thank you Rowena and Exceptional Villas.

Stayed in a villa at Windjammer Landing & Resort in St. Lucia. While the overall experience with Exceptional Villas and Windjammer was good, there are some things they fail to mention and I was not overly impressed with Windjammer. There were some little things that added up, which made me decide this would not be a place I would stay at again. All inclusive is quite expensive and the expectation is that everything would be kept stocked at all times. None of that happened. We had to call over and over to get items like water and soda restocked. Towels were left in a bag outside the door or on the floor somewhere. Sugar and creamer for the coffee was always out and multiple calls had to be made to get it restocked. This is not the type of service I was expecting.
Exceptional Villas fail to mention all the stairs in the villa and the pictures do not show them either. Constant up and down 27-33 steps multiple times a day is not ideal for older guests and should be mentioned. The villa itself is quite dated and not what I am used to when described as luxury.
Windjammer restaurants are good. Food is excellent. However, the majority of options require a reservation which is not ideal if you don't want to be tied down to a schedule. Also, some of the restaurant service is very slow. 3 hours for dinner is pretty lengthy especially if you have children. Windjammer convenience store is great to have but they charge different prices to different people for the same items. This happened to us several times at the store and the souvenir shop.
Overall, we had a good time and St. Lucia is beautiful. We have visited the country several times but I wanted to try a different experience. We will definitely be going back to Sandals for future Caribbean vacations.

Our experience was amazing. Perfect vacation. Staff was pleasant and would definitely recommend.

Mary was an amazing help with planning our vacation. She is a wealth of information and is quick and willing to find out anything she doesn’t know. All correspondence was replied to in a timely manner. Can’t wait for the holiday!

Dealing with Rowena has been an absolute delight. Professional, informed, patient (!) and courteous.
A wonderful asset to your company.

We have gotten excellent advice and service throughout the planning processes!

We have used Exceptional Villas a few times over the years and have always had wonderful service. We had an issue come up with our first property, and it was corrected very quickly. The professional staff were so helpful in making sure they found us a villa that exceeded out expectations. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from all involved, will use them again

The concierge service is truly exceptional!

EVERY BODY INVOLVED IN MY TRANSACTION HAS BEEN GREAT. CORRESPODENCE EXCEPTIONAL. THANKS TO ALL

Mary was an amazing help to us- holding our hand through payments, ordering food, arranging transfers. As we are a large group there were a lot of questions. Mary was patient and efficient.

Rowena was really great and helpful with everything.

We stayed at La Serenissima for 5 nights in November. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and professional. The property was breathtakingly beautiful and beyond our expectations. Each room was beautifully decorated and serene. We felt relaxed and pampered the second we walked through the open-air entrance! The Spa, with the steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge, massage room and fully equipped gym were a wonderful addition to our experience. The chef on staff prepared delicious meals while catering to the dietary restrictions (vegetarian & vegan) of some of our friends that travelled with us. The certified sommelier butler offered wine pairings and wonderful cocktails tailored to our preferences. The overall attention to detail was impressive! We would definitely recommend La Serenissima to anyone looking to escape and enjoy a luxurious vacation.

Elaine was very helpful on planning our trip. Organized and provided many options. We cannot wait!
