Excellent customer service
I’m trying to find a more comfortable saddle for my MTB. I’ve read a lot about Specilized mirror saddles,problem is,they’re expensive , no one demos them and once you ride it you can’t return it.i talked to Phil at Excel and he was super knowledgble and took the time to explain the differences in saddles and how to narrow down options. No other bike shops were the least bit interested in trying to help me get a better idea of how to proceed. Phil’s customer service was fabulous and I’d recommend him and Excel to anyone.Thanks Phil!

This online seller is the very best for bicycle purchases, whether it's a complete frame or a single cog. I purchased a Pinarello Dogma f10 disc with Campagnolo Chorus and Bora WTO 45 wheels from them. The bike arrived perfectly set up to my requested specifications and they remained responsive to any and all minor issues that arose during the first months of ownership. You can't go wrong buying here!

Really good shop, shipment on time with good communication. However for French people, additional tax (20%) + custom overcost have to be taken into account. The total price was really over the market at the end

Top-notch bike shop in Boulder
Excel Sports in Boulder is my go-to bike shop in the Denver Area. The folks at Excel are friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. The shop specializes in high end road bikes, clothing and accessories, and their prices are almost always better than other shops. I also appreciate that they never try to sell me something I don't need. Excel is one of the few businesses I know where good service is still alive and well.
