Horrible Sales Team
Horrible experience with the sales team.
We've made a call appointment with their sales team (Leen T), but no one calls us at the scheduled time, and we received an email from them saying that they tried to call us, but we didn't pick up. The fact is we have been waiting for their call, but they never call us.
Then we sent an email to them to ask why never call us and when we will be called, but we received no reply.
Then we made another call appointment, but our appointment was deleted without any reason or notification to us.
We thought that their email system was down, then we tried to reach them using their Live Chat features. But still the same, no answers.
Then we tried to contact them using their WhatsApp channel (+65 6727 2279). Finally, we can connect to someone (Sushmeet from Sales Department), then we asked for why Leen T never call us and said that we didn't pick up? Instead of answering us properly, he keeps asking us about the requirements. He never listens to us and protects his unprofessional colleague.
In the end, we didn't receive any call from them, and they (KC Cho) close our case.

I like their Whatsapp 24 hr service where you can quickly message them your issues and have them rectify within an hour or so. Their IT team is also very knowledgeable and are patient enough to respond to my queries about site migration and web hosting.
