I would not recommend.
Shipment has had no movement or tracking updates for over 40 days since March 16 and remains in the United States.
The seller provided no real support and kept sending repetitive, generic responses without addressing the issue.
The case was only taken seriously after escalation, which reflects a highly unprofessional approach.
Overall, this experience felt unreliable and misleading.

Shipping time is alright but not as fast as other suppliers. And I had one of their end links break on me. At least the parts are of some level of quality otherwise and free shipping is nice depending on item.

Better than expected
The replacement bracelet I ordered arrived in about a week, and was as described. Quality and value great. It arrived with 2 new spring bars (the pins that connect the bracelet to the watch.

Helpful customer service, good part
Bought a nh35a mechanism, but accidentally got the wrong date position and had to request a replacement. Staff was super helpful (I was able to catch it before they shipped the order), and they swapped it for the correct one. Proper mechanism worked like clockwork, shipped quickly too!
