Let op bij de aankoop van een slot! Verkopende partijen kunnen bij Evva een ‘eigen profiel’ aan de sleutels koppelen waardoor u alleen bij die partij sleutels kan bij laten maken. Verhoogt die partij de prijs? Dan kunt u de sleutels nergens anders bij laten maken. Koopt u elders een ander slot van Evva en heeft u reservesleutels van beiden sloten nodig? Kunt u bij verschillende vakhandels uw verschillende sleutels gaan bestellen, met hogere aanschafkosten en dubbele verzendkosten tot gevolg.

Wanneer u bij Evva een klacht hierover indient, nemen ze dit niet in behandeling maar verwijzen slechts naar de verkopende partijen. In mijn geval is het slot door een aannemer aangeschaft en geplaatst waardoor ik geen zaken heb gedaan met een vakhandel/verkopende partij. Ondanks dat neemt Evva geen verantwoordelijkheid en blijft verwijzen naar de betreffende vakhandels. Staan niet open voor een oplossing.

Äußerst schlechte Qualität. Die Magnetpillen an den teuren MCS Schlössern zerbröseln an gleich 3 Schlüsseln nach einigen Jahren, Schloss muss ausgebohrt werden. Kein Ersatz, keine Erklärung, keine Unterstützung. Hände weg !

This is worst company you can imagine. A total zero and a complete disaster in every respect. I am forced to give this place one star, because it is not possibile to rate it lower. Our contact with EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH was and is currently a big nightmare for us. We were cheated by this company twice!! We decided to buy an MCS class lock insert, because the Austrian manufacturer EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH seemed like a solid brand to us. After what we have experienced so far, we rate this company as fraudulent and highly unprofessional. In 2023, we purchased a set consisting of an EVVA MCS double-sided insert with the system number: 003MC1703 and three EVVA MCS keys from the official distributor of this Austrian company in Poland. The product was purchased for a high amount of money in Polish currency (PLN 1600) and collected in person at the Masterkey Poznań store located at the following address in Poland: Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 169 LU2. As it soon turned out, this purchase was not worth the money we spent on it. After a short period of time from the installation of the EVVA MCS insert in the main door of our apartment in Gdynia, Poland, there were and still are frequent burglaries with theft and devastation of property located inside the premises. This was indicated by the numerous and clear traces of interference left by the perpetrator of these criminal acts in the living quarters. During our absence, an unknown person repeatedly entered our apartment after previously opening the lock on the main door using a key that fits our EVVA MCS insert installed in our door. There is a very high probability, bordering on certainty, that this is an additional key that exists outside the set of original EVVA MCS keys that we received in the purchased set with the EVVA MCS cylinder. The above certainty results directly from the official assurances of the manufacturer EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH about the impossibility of opening the lock with the EVVA MCS cylinder without using the original EVVA MCS key, which is one hundred percent protected against illegal copying. Following these events, Stefan Ehrlich-Adám, employed as Managing Director of EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH in Vienna, Austria, was repeatedly notified of this matter. In several letters delivered by post to this company, the entire factual situation in the case reported by us was described in detail. At the same time, we requested the manufacturer EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH to provide us with detailed written explanations regarding the illegal possession of an additional key that the perpetrator had to use. To date, we have not received any response from this company regarding the criminal activity reported by us in detail. This dramatic situation continues, despite our replacement of the disputed lock insert with a new insert of the same MCS class from the same manufacturer. The replacement took place on September 25, 2024 at the Masterkey Poznań store in Poznań, Poland, which is the official distributor of the Austrian manufacturer EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH. Since the day the new EVVA MCS lock insert was installed in the main door lock of an apartment in Gdynia, Poland, there have still been burglaries carried out using the same method as before. The effect of these criminal activities is damage caused as a result of the devastation of private property. I would like to state categorically that the original EVVA MCS lock insert have been and are constantly carefully protected against access by unauthorized persons. Absolutely no unauthorized person has ever had contact with these keys. I have posted my own review of the Austrian company EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH in full accordance with the existing facts as a warning to other potential customers of this very dishonest company. First of all, to protect them from the negative consequences that we have encountered in this terrible situation. It is constantly the cause of our great and justified concerns resulting from real threat to our safety in our place of residence.

This Austrian company EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH does not deserve even one star. We trusted EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH located in Vienna Austria, because it seemed to us a professional brand. In fact, it turned out to be a very unreliable, dishonest and completely unprofessional company in our opinion. In 2023, we purchased a set manufactured by the Austrian company EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH, containing a double-sided MCS insert for the main door lock of our apartment located in Poland. By installing this insert in the apartment door, we expected to increase personal security and increase the security of our property in our place of residence. It was an insert purchased for a high amount of money in Polish currency at the price of PLN 1,600 from the official partner and distributor of the Austrian company EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH, which is the Masterkey Poznań store located at the address in Poland: Grunwaldzka Street 169 LU2, Poznań. As it turned out later, this purchase was not worth the money we spent. If we knew what would happen to us in the future after purchasing this product, we would not spend a cent on it. Shortly after purchasing and installing the EVVA MCS double-sided cylinder in the main door of our apartment, numerous burglaries and devastation of private property inside the premises took place during our absence. The perpetrator of these criminal acts repeatedly entered our apartment after opening the main door lock using an additional key matching our EVVA MCS cylinder with system number: 003MC1703 permanently installed in our door lock. Then, each time after leaving the premises, an unknown person closed the door of our apartment in the same way as described above. After these events, over a period of several months from March 2024 to July 2024, the managing director of EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH with its registered office at Wienerberstrasse 59-65 in Vienna, Austria was repeatedly notified in writing about the entire matter. In nine written notices delivered to the director of the above company, the entire state of affairs in the case in question was described very precisely and in detail in English and Polish. At the same time, I requested detailed explanations from EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH regarding the circumstances in which the perpetrator of the events came into possession of an additional key to our EVVA MCS cylinder with the system number: 003MC1703, which he used many times. It had to be an additional key existing beyond the set of our EVVA MCS keys, which I received in the purchased set complete with the EVVA MCS double-sided insert with system number: 003MC1703. To date, we have not received specific written explanations from the Austrian company EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH regarding the very serious situation reported to us. The above matter cost us a lot of effort and caused huge problems. It also caused a big waste of our time and money. And above all, it caused justified fears resulting from the feeling of a huge threat to our safety in the place of our residence, including a real threat to health and even life.
I wrote the above opinion about EVVA Sicherheitstechnologie GmbH in order to warn other potential customers against this Austrian manufacturer, which dishonestly approached the reported matter, which was very serious for us and which, in our opinion, has nothing to do with professionalism. We strongly recommend staying away from this Austrian manufacturer of door lock inserts, because it completely disregards and ignores customers and causes a lot of great and unnecessary problems.
Additionally, I assure you that all facts and circumstances provided in my opinion are true. This is confirmed by our extensive and accurate documentation.

Pessima esperienza!!! Ci si aspetterebbe la qualità e la durata da un cilindro ics xp che costa 4 volte un normale cilindro europeo, invece montato a settembre 2020 gia dopo tre anni la chiave faticava ad entrare e al quarto anno la chiave non entra più!!! costo di ripristino 160 € la ditta offre la vendita a prezzo speciale (presa in giro) di un altro cilindro... ho ricomprato un cilindro da 30 ... ridicoli

Ad EVVA bisognerebbe impedire di vendere serrature. Per prima cosa chi l'ha installata si è guardato bene dall'avvisarci di custodire la card come la reliquia di San Gennaro. Smarrita la card, buttata forse per errore nella spazzatura, non hanno voluto immaginare un metodo per duplicarla, rispondono di comprare una altro cilindro e tutti sappiamo che sono carissimi. Non hanno previsto l'errore umano che è la cosa più prevedibile sulla terra e nel cosmo. Ma perchè? Sono molto stupidi o molto furbi? Si propende per la seconda, non è una brillante trovata di policy come EVVA sostiene ma così EVVA evita noiosi controlli incrociati chiave/proprietà, evita lagnose richieste di proprietari estromessi dalla propria casa, famiglie nel panico, evita il cosiddetto "sbatti" e poi magari un cliente demente compra davvero una seconda serratura EVVA. Cui prodest EVVA? Non a noi. DIFFIDARE DA EVVA.

Die Qualität der Schließanlagen ist an sich durchaus mit anderen (GEGE, ABUS usw) vergleichbar
Sehr negativ sind allerdings die ausgesprochen hohen Service und Wartungskosten.
Ersatzschlüsselpreise bei älteren Anlagen sind als unverschämt zu bezeichnen. ein Schlüssel aus einen Sicherheitsschloss kostet inzwischen über 55.- Euro.

Es lohnt sich also rechtzeitig - das ist vor dem Einbau, einer Erneuerung einer Hausschließanlage Preise zu vergleichen. Es kann sehr schnell ins Geld gehen wenn im Laufe der jahre SChlüssel nachbestellt werden müssen pder die Anlage erweitert werden soll.

Insofern sind 3 Strerne eigentlich zu viel - und nur wegen der Materialqualität - zu vergeben.

Diese ist aber bei namhaften Mitanbietern genauso gegeben.
Wer kann sollte vielleicht sich überlegen keinen Quasimonopolanbieter auszuwählen. Dieser muß auf Fairness gegenüber den Einzelkunden nicht so viel wert legen.
