I have been on slimkick patches & slimkick night Capsules on 2 weeks now. I am amazed starting to see some results. I am not snacking in between meals .I feel fuller for longer, got a bit more energy.

I have used this before with great effect but they just don’t work anymore even if I up the dose. Have they changed it? How do I get a refund?

Took me a while to review product. Detox plus was amazing and been ordering for years. They’ve definitely done something to formula. Now useless no effect at all. Very disappointing as was such a life saver. Interestingly no mention of changes on their website

Update: This issue has now been resolved - there was a small change to the ingredients as one thing was unavailable. Now back to old ingredients and excellent customer service. I should have left a message sooner rather than trying and giving up when I couldn’t get through, because when I did they got back to me within 5 minutes, told me what had happened, replaced my last order and couldn’t have been nicer. Turns out that if I had been signed up to receive emails I would already have been notified about it. They quickly realised the ‘new’ formula wasn’t working snd worked to solve this. Phew.

Original post: Totally agree with the previous reviewer- I’ve been using Detox Plus for years and they have been fantastic. Recommended them to so many people, but for some reason they’ve changed the formula and they simply do not work. The capsules might as well contain sawdust. This is just awful - previously this product has been a life saver - and now nothing. What have they done? Keep trying to reach customer services but no luck. Please please go back to the old formula. Whatever you’ve changed has made this product useless

Very disappointed, I’ve been buying those products for years now. All of a sudden they’ve changed the formula’ and the product doesn’t work
For me at all. After plenty of emails asking For help and how to return the product I still had no reply! I’ve purchased via eBay and contacted them via messaging service as well as directly via their website yet still nothing! Dreadful customer service. I will no be buying form them again.

Placed an order worth over £50 and i never received it. They were supposed to have arrived in 2 - 4 days but im still waiting for it. Demanded a refund or the products i paid for but I dont think that will ever happen! Not happy. Never had problems ordering from other sites. Should have researched before ordering from Evolution Slimming. So many before me have complained about never receiving their orders. Dont order from them! They cant use Covid-19 anymore as an excuse for deliveries.

Like the product - there was a problem with the reorder due to Coronavirus delays but it was resolved swiftly by customer service - didn’t experience the communication problems mentioned by others.

I have sent 5 emails in i get no reply I ordered 3 months of green tea supply and the capsules are full of white powder. Which makes me think are they only full of caking agent as the site picture and previously anywhere I have purchased these they have been green powder or brown tablet never white even there own site picture shows green. I get no reply it may be a faulty batch but at least reply and replace not ignore all four Email.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks now no signs of the parcel. I kept calling the number no reply.

I Made An order begining of June and still not received it. I write mano messages but not An answer. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED beacause I bought many Times from them.

I say NEVER EVER BUY from THEM. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JUST A NIGHTMARE.

Still waiting for my order nothing has come yet. Emailed and called no response.

Commande faite le 07/04 et reçu le 25/05 très compliqué a discuté avec le service client.... Maintenant reçu , j'ai tester je voix réellement le changement j'ai perdu 2 kilos! En 2 semaines je suis beaucoup plus raffiné je sens vraiment que ça chauffe. Mais au bout de 2 semaines je commence a avoir des plaques rouges avec des boutons .

The service has been terrible. I waited nearly 5 weeks for goods to arrive. Emailed numerous times left phone messages. I told you I wanted my money back and still no answer. I am still waiting. I had to go out and buy the items due to the long wait.

Placed two orders on the same day, one for dispatch to Germany and the other for the U.K. The one arrived in Germany by the Tuesday. I have waited for the U.K delivery checked the website constantly and order is showing as unfulfilled. Tried calling, no response and sending messages on Facebook which are being read and then ignored. This company does not seem to care or communicate with customers at all. If the order cannot be fulfilled could I please asked for a refund? I would prefer to spend my money with companies who value customers and offer excellent customer service to clients.

UPDATE:

After reaching out to the company one more time, I spoke to a very helpful person who reassured me that the item would be dispatched. I can confirm that the items have now been received. Thanks to the person who followed through and ensured that items were received.

Commande passée début avril et reçue hier, plus qu’à tester

Commande passée le 13/04 et toujours pas reçue à ce jour, le 2/05.je n'arrive pas à faire le suivi de colis car le numéro d'envoi, valable en Grande Bretagne, ne correspond à rien en France. J'ai adressé un mail au service client il y a 8 jours et je n'ai toujours pas été contacté. Donc pas trop satisfaite de ma dernière commande, qui je l'espère finira pas arrivée un jour.
