Eversend est une application formidable elle m'a aidé à retirer mes sous via mobile money.

I deposited money 2 days ago, and as I wanted to create a card to make a payment the app couldn't go through, customer services just keeps going in circles, they don't want to initiate a refund , as a first time user, this is verry frustrating and now seeming like a scam rather than something legit

Please I beg you do not fall for all this positive reviews I don't even think this is a functioning platform.
I got a card all I kept seeing was fee this fee that, but the card was just rejecting I couldn't use it. Secondly it's not every payment you make to the platform that you'll see some will vanish and be nowhere to be found. All you'll get will be we are working on it. I don't know how this platform got 4.4 ratings. tho now people are faking reviews so anything is possible. To show how terrible this company is there card bill address is at one location/country it won't be your address likely that address must have been marked as a red flag in the US since it's a us address there keep using for all cards

Well first I thought the app was a scam cuz my money didn't appear in eversend after I transferred it buh the customer support was able to make me understand that the name of the bank used to transfer was different from the name in my eversend bank..
And they' said my refund will come within 3-15 days...
In case it happens to you
No panic just contact customer support and pray it's joalice or bukola that answer's.......

I previously updated my review in November 2025 after Eversend refunded me and resolved a serious issue where my money had disappeared. I gave them credit at the time because they eventually fixed it.

Unfortunately, I’m back here again in February 2026 with a very similar problem.

on this day recently, I topped up some money and the funds have not reflected in my wallet. On top of that, I’ve noticed unexplained deductions and unclear charges from the virtual CC. mark-you this issue was never there when i firstly started using the app . The app is extremely slow, freezes often, and after reinstalling it to try and fix the issue, I can log in but cannot properly load my balance.

This is no longer a one-time mistake. When the same type of issue happens more than once, it becomes a trust problem.

Customer support has also been disappointing this time. My message was seen in the in-app chat but not responded to. When people’s money is involved, silence is unacceptable.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt before. But recurring financial inconsistencies make it very difficult to trust this platform.

Handling money requires consistency and transparency. At this point, I cannot confidently recommend this app.

Très bonne application pour les personnes qui ont besoin de carte virtuelle. C'est assez facile a prendre en main mais le système est un peu lent et y'a de petits bugs souvent mais c'est réglé très rapidement avec l'aide du service client je vous le conseille vivement ✋

Eversend is a trusted bank app

Poor app. So full of bugs. I deposited money but each time I deposit, they have to review my transaction for hours which is such a bad experience.

I had an issue with my deposit that was not reflected in my account, but thanks to their capable customer service, the issue was successfully resolved and I'm happy with Eversend 🙏🙏😇
