Bought the machine 5 years back, i have frequently renewed the AMC. There was an issue with machine and i lodged a complaint in jan 26. Technician visited and changed a filter. He requested me to renew the AMC Since it was expiring in jan 26. And renewed for Rs.8999/- as he said. Now the AMC is valid till Jan 28. But later machine became fault in feb 26 again lodged a complaint, Technician visited but issue not resolved. again and again i was registering new complaint for the past 3 months but still issue not resolved. My last complaint was made on april 4th 2026, still no technician has been alloted for servicing. Now the machine completly failed and water is not getting loaded. My genuine request is please dont buy this Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard machine with very poor quality water filter and very very worst service. If anyone decide to buy Eureka Forbes machine then they can get life long Hypertension at free of cost. This is not a recent issue it has been for the past 3 years.

This is my humble request to those in Kerala (I’m not sure how the situation is in other states) who are considering purchasing Eureka Forbes products. The service is extremely poor, and neither the service centre nor the Trivandrum Area Manager has taken any responsibility for resolving my issue since March 2025.
When I faced a problem with my water purifier, I raised a complaint with customer care, and they asked me to take an AMC. After that, there was no response from the service centre. I followed up multiple times with the Trivandrum Area Service Manager, but his responses were along the lines of, “I don’t have time now” or “Call me after one week.” These are just a few examples. I have audio recordings, and if you hear the responses from the manager and the service centre staff, you would likely consider choosing another product. I can share these recordings if needed.
The most important point is that my issue has still not been resolved even after 1 year and 2 months. I am now looking for the contact details of the *CEO, Director, or Head of Services* at Eureka Forbes so that I can share proof of how their team operates and how customers are treated.
This is not just my experience—some of my family members in Trivandrum are facing similar issues, and a few of them have already switched to other products due to the poor service and rude behavior of the Area Service Manager.
This is simply a heads-up for anyone considering their products: if you expect proper service, I would strongly advise against buying them

Extremely poor service. I regret why I ordered this system. I will never recommend anybody to buy water purifier or water softer from Eureka Forbes (Acquaguard). I ordered and paid Rs 92500.00 3rd April 2026 through its authorised dealer AK Enterprises, New Delhi. After receiving payment they kept on delaying the delivery of equipment and when the equipment were delivered on 25 April after so may calls and emails, my phone is still not registered on their system. The dealer is also not returning my money. The Eureka Forbes executive gave me date of installation on 26, but while whole we waited the technician didn’t not turn nor picked the phone. Please please don’t buy this product.
Twenty years back this company was good and having that impression I befooled myself. Now there are good options.

I bought a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard one year ago for ₹22,000. I received two free services, and those were fine. After one year, their executive convinced me to renew the AMC for ₹6,400 and told me that I would get two services and that if any other problem occurred, there would be no extra charge.
After one year, when they changed my filter, problems started in my Aquaguard. The water became dirty, and after drinking it, everyone in my family fell sick.
When I complained to customer care, they said they had booked a service request and would send a senior technician the next day. But even after 5 days, no representative has come. We contacted customer care many times ourselves, and they continuously kept saying, “He will come today” or “He will come tomorrow.”
But till now, I have not received any solution.

POOR SERVICE
I am raising a serious complaint against Eureka Forbes regarding extremely poor service and lack of accountability.
I received a mandatory service call before my AMC expiry, which I accepted. However, the assigned technician failed to visit, and even after multiple follow-ups, my calls were ignored.
Eventually, the service was completed only after my AMC had expired, due to delay from their side.
Shockingly, the very next day after service, my unit started leaking water when switched on. When I raised a complaint, I was told that AMC is expired and service is chargeable.
This is completely unacceptable.
• Service was delayed by the company — not me
• The issue occurred immediately after service — clearly poor workmanship
• Yet, I am being asked to pay again
If the mandatory service had been done properly, why would I face an issue the very next day?
This shows:
• Poor service quality
• Zero accountability
• Misleading commitments during AMC
The service was not free — I have paid for AMC, and still received late and substandard service.

I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Eureka Forbes regarding my Aquaguard purchase made on April 4, 2026. This has been a textbook example of how to lose customer trust through misinformation and zero accountability.
The Timeline of Failure:
April 5: The product was found defective upon installation by Eureka Forbes' own technician. In my presence, the technician contacted the company and assured me a replacement would arrive within 10 days. April 15: After 10 days of silence, I contacted Customer Care. To my shock, I was told my complaint was only being "lodged today," effectively admitting that the previous 10 days of waiting were based on a false promise. April 20: Five days later, there has been no outreach. When I call, I am redirected to an "allotted person" on the Eureka Forbes app who refuses to answer the phone.
As of today, April 20, I am stuck with a dead-on-arrival product that I paid for over two weeks ago. My query isn't just unresolved—it is being ignored.
Formal Notice: If this issue is not resolved via an immediate refund or replacement within 24 hours, I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum for "unfair trade practices" and "deficiency in service."

i have a Gold AMC for the water filter and after we log a complaint a person is assigned .....nobody calls/ visits us but the complaint will be closed next day and faced the same experience for 3 days continues. when call the customer care they also log a complaint but no response after that....it is really a fraud company, they only sell their products ....no service...really bad...i personally recommend not to buy these product it is a scam
