The doors themselves are beautiful but we placed our order in June 2025. Received most of the doors in January 2026 but we are still missing 4 doors from the order. There has been no communication and we have no idea when/if we will see the remaining 4 doors that were ordered. Be aware that although you are dealing with a company in California, the doors are made and shipped from China causing serious delays. They are completely none communicative now. No answers on where our doors are or if/when we will be getting them.

The worst experience ever!! STAY AWAY. I ordered 25 doors and almost half arrived with deep gouges dents and were separated by ONE PIECE OF CELLOPHANE. Customer service is horrible and they refuse to stand behind their product. They have jacked me around for months and still no resolution. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER And these positive reviews are so obviously bogus its laughable! Go to pissed consumer and BBB and read real reviews

Well constructed doors. I feel these guys came through with the look I was going for on my remodel. The people in the showroom were super helpful. All my questions got answered. Everyone was cool and super helpful. I'd highly recommend them

The doors here look great when they arrived! I was doing a recent renovation on our home and ordered a total of 11 doors from the company, both interior and exterior. They were quick to get the order filled and shipped to our home in Carlsbad. Wonderful company and would work with them again

I learned the hard way to not buy hollow interior doors from the major stores. After making that mistake once, I hired ETO Doors to help with a project I was working on with my partner. Long story short, they came through and did a great job. Delivery of the doors was quick, within a reasonable time frame. The quality of the doors were great, they really stood out. Service was never an issue. Highly recommend them and would work with them again in the future.

I recently hired ETO to create a handful of doors for a project I'm working on. The customer service was always great. Anytime I would call in with some questions, I feel they were always addressed. I'm located in Long Beach, so not far from their location. I did pickup the doors, and didn't go the delivery route. I'm very satsified with the quality of doors they manufacture. I will be buying from them again

I placed my first order with ETO in mid December. I took the three doors that got delivered today. The turn around time took about a month. They had explained all this before the order took place, which I appreciate. The total of the doors came out to $4200. They were high quality doors, two for the front and one for the back of the home. I'm happy with the quality that they were able to deliver

As a contactor, I've bought from ETO several times over the years. They've always provided gorgeous doors that stand out when compared to other places I've used in the past. Took only a month and two weeks to get our doors. I had placed a fairly large interior and exterior door order through ETO. Before placing the order, I spoke with them a few times and they were able to assure me that deadlines would be met. I live about an hour from their Los Angeles location, delivery was fairly quick. I did have them deliver the doors. They look great! I'm very pleased with how things went. I will be ordering from them again

Over the past several years, I've ordered from ETO and never had any issues. My first order was a pickup, then my recent second was a delivery. I live in Oceanside, CA and I had no problems with getting the doors shipped here. The service was outstanding.

I recently placed an order for the KA230-CM20 doors. The shipping process didn't take long at all. We're about two hours from their location, we were considering the drive but had them shipped. The customer service was a 10. They gave us updates often. We took delivery of the doors not long ago and they look great. I'm very happy with the order we recently placed.

They have a huge selection of very beautiful doors! While visiting the area, I stopped by their showroom and was very pleased with what they had. The sales rep Amir, was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm very pleased with the quality of product and service I received.

The doors were well put together. I was asked to share my experience, so here I am. The interior stain grade door was what we ordered. We had them shipped to Las Vegas. The service received was a 10. I feel they were on top of things and got our new doors delivered for our recent renovation project we're nearing completion on. Very satisfied with what was delivered.

I explored a lot of options in the LA area but I'm happy I went this route. I feel they exceeded my expectations when it came to my recent door purchase.

I ordered some garage doors through ETO recently, and took delivery last week. The doors came quickly, without any damage. The guy that we had set them up, did great. From what I can tell, they did a flawless job. I'd absolutely recommend ETO for anything door related.
