I don’t even want to give them them a star! I will never buy from them again. It cost me twice as much buying from eTicket
Then buying from the venue. First time I ever used eTicket and what a rip off $20 processing fee for each ticket then $9 dollars for them to email me the ticket!
it’s insanity.
When they Emailed the tickets
I had to pay $9.00 to print my tickets.
I received my tickets with someone’s else’s name with the same order# same number of tickets but I was charged a $40 service charge and while this other person was charged $6. I paid 4x more the my original amount. While somebody else was charged, they’re taking around which was less than mine and a six dollar service charge..
You tell me is that fair?

Intente comprar los tickets 5 veces me hicieron preguntas de seguridad y me dijieron que las compras fueron canceladas sin sentido tarde mas de 5 horas en todo este proceso de cada hora y al final me quede sin entradas al concierto y me dijieron que si queria que comprara con otra empresa .

Could not get the email with our tickets, tried getting help, M.J.-(the only name she would give me) Shift supervisor, was a jerk and a joke! Do not order from them! Wasted $350 on tickets I couldn't use and they REFUSED to be any help! Had to spend another $400 buying new tickets to get into the show!

.ca Canadian website but waits till the end of checkout to show you it's in US dollars...scam!

Classic scam chage you 3 times the amount.
Don't buy tickets here.
They are cheaper everywhere else.
Burn my self one time here and never again.

I wound up paying almost double the cost. It’s a ripoff-do yourself a favor and find another way to buy tickets.

What a mistake buying from these people. Customer service was good but was trying to by tickets for a concert at a local place and went through these people and it cost so much more.

If I could give a zero I would. What a complete rip off . Do not buy tickets on here . I was an idiot, learn from me .

This site is a complete rip off. I bought an upgraded ticket instead I received a general admit tickets. Ridiculous.

tried to buy tickets for l1 play off. Great, got on site, however when you go to buy tickets, will the screen stay still so you can select seats. Crap site, can't cope with the amount of people searching.

No atienden el teléfono de atención a clientes.
Lo cual es de suma importancia para la satisfacción del cliente.
Evitaré comprarles.

Update: they responded to my first email query eventually. But I attempted to reply to the email with further questions and have been ignored. I reached out to them by the email which they first replied to me 4 times now. I waited a business week in between each email. Their site says they prioritize emails by how close your event is. My event is in three days and I have yet to hear back. The email obviously works and is checked by workers because they responded to my first email.

the customer service was terrible! many emails went un- answered. I will never deal with this company again.

not to bad but waiting to see if you refund my money for the cancelled concert.

couldn't print out itckets and couldn't get through to you . cirque du soleil had no record of the ticket. so you stole $128 and change. Shame on you. Joann Schulte

The process was simple....tickets were downloaded easily .

my favorite artist was coming then a month before the concert backed out and i already paid 150$ for 2 tickets and cant get a refund so while this is going on i do not recommend Etickets.ca
