Etherbit Private Limited was established on 7th February 2017 with a goal to make cryptocurrency gadgets easily available in India. Since the inception, Etherbit is providing original & imported security gadgets to the domestic market. Etherbit is not affiliated with any cryptocurrency, coin, or token.
"Good product, very well packaged. Price is good, considering the quality of the packaging, and free shipping. Took 6 days shipping, from North (their location) to South India. You can follow on their website where your item is, in transit. I wasn't in a hurry, so it's ok. You get a feeling that this company is serious, not fly-by-night."

Orders Ledger nano. Got in 2 days. Waiting for holi sale to buy more.
I ordered Ledger Nano S plus From Etherbit and it was delivered on time and no funny business like Flipkart where you order phone and get lux soap. Full marks for their delivery service.
However, unfortunately I was unlucky, and the device screen was defective wherein the hash key was not displayed correctly. While making the purchase I wasn't aware that Etherbit was no longer the warranty supplier for Ledger. Ledger withdrew warranty from Etherbit and gave it to some random import export company called 'Luxury Personified'. If you are Indian you know what that means in terms of consumer rights. I had to fight to get warranty from 'Luxury Personified' and Ledger. I am yet to receive my replacement device and do not know if the struggle is over or not with 'Luxury Personified'.
Post raising the complaint, Etherbit has been in touch with me even though they are not the official warranty service provider. They were empathetic and supportive with me and explained the warranty process and assisted with get a resolution. I just wish that ledger had not withdrew its warranty from Etherbit because they are a wonderful company with consumer centric staff.
Ether bit promised date of delivery is d+2 days. However, the product lost by delivery vendor (Delhivery).
I sent email to Etherbit and update the status.
They apologies for the inconvenience and explain their process in the situation of product lost during delivery. Next day they dispatched new product via Blue Dart, and the product got delivered d+2 days.
I feel good with Etherbit, and I will recommend to have a purchase.
