ESP Energy Omdömen 

We have recently had an EV charger fitted by ESP Energy and have been really impressed with the whole experience. Ross was fantastic at organising everything, making the process smooth, straightforward and stress-free from the beginning. He was always so helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process; always being on hand for our questions and extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything related to our order.

Dan, the electrician who fitted the EV charger, was equally brilliant. He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, and we are really pleased with the finished result.

We would highly recommend ESP Energy to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed. Superb customer service and a great team — thank you, Ross and Dan!

Absolutely delighted with our solar panels and battery installed by ESP Energy. From first meeting Ross, who made us feel confident that we chose the right company and then dealing with Miriam at the office, who was superb with dealing with the process. Can’t recommend them highly enough and so glad we decided to use them for what was, a big investment. Thank you all.

After last winters storms, we had several solar panels blown off. I contacted a firm that we had spoken to at cereals event, they came up and told me that about 30 panels were either off or damaged and that it would be in the region of 20 to 30 thousand pounds. They told me that they could not test to see if any ones would work until they were back in position. I then saw an advert inthe farm trader for ESP so i gave them a ring and to cut a long story short, they replaced 4 panels with 2nd hand ones for les than £6,000. they tested all panels while removed and found that it was only 4 that were too badly damaged.

Staff are very helpful and better than other companies. They have timely responses and all the information that you need.

Marli Hamilton from ESP energy called and was really friendly and gave advice on my energy. He was very chatty and polite. I have now changed from Scottish Power to ESP energy

I had requested a quote in June and was advised of 4 week delay due to demand on solar panels quote. Now in September I am still waiting, no response from sales manager, although reception staff have attempted to chase. Good service?

Spoke to Brendan from Sheffield, very confident within his field of work. Informed me of a deal to lower my gas and electricity. As a working single mum of two. I couldn't say no. As the extra cash always comes in handy.

Conned on my doorstep by a very nice girl to talk to someone from Esp. A bit persistent on the phone. They get your monthly price from your current supplier and yes they will all come a bit cheaper just to get you with them. No i will stick with SCOTTISH POWER. I will research and decide myself if i want to change supplier. They will all put there prices up, they all need profit, they get there money out of you one way or another. My advice is if you are happy with a supplier stick with them. Constantly changing is just a pain in the butt. Preferred it when it was just British gas and Hydro electric. END OF. Don’t need people coming to my door pestering me.

Had a lovely call with Lindsey Garrigan today who couldn't have been more helpful to me ... explained everything to me in detail and I have now switched from Scottish Power,

Had a call off the lovely Lindsey Garrigan today who explained in good detail what switching over to this supplier would save me each month 🙂. I decided to take up the great offer of this new supplier

Had a lovely man knock on my door called Matt and informed me of the recent energy price decrease due to the current pandemic. Very smiley, approachable and polite.
Bottom line, we switched and we are saving money.

Had call from ARON he explained everything twice due to my child running riot in the background he was very friendly so i switched over as i will be saving loads. Thanks ARON!

Sharhy Raza was a great ambassador and really friendly. The only reason we didn't sign up was because we haven't had our first bill at our new house from our current energy provider yet. He explained the benefits really well, and was lovely to talk to :)
