Absolutely terrible – stay away from eSolution Free2Move!
We bought a new car from BYD and received a free charger from eSolution Free2Move. Sounds great at first – but it really isn’t.
After just nine months, the device stopped working. And instead of helping us, they’ve made our lives as difficult as possible.
First, they asked us to get an electrician to check everything – at our own expense. We did that. Then we received another email with additional requirements for what the electrician needed to do. So we had to pay for a second visit.
In the end, it turned out that the issue was not on our side at all.
And now the worst part: they want us to send the charger back at our own cost so they can inspect it. And if they decide that the problem is somehow our fault, we have to cover all the costs.
I’ve rarely experienced such poor customer service. No understanding, no support – just obstacles and extra expenses.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and choose a different charger.
